Classes just ended and Jewels was putting the fencing equipment away when her classroom door open with a knock. She though it would proboly be Shanna asking her how the training going. Sure enough.
"How are the classes going.?"
"Pretty good the young wolf pack are my best students."
"Phil would like to hear that. You leaving for the night?"
"Not yet I'll be here for a little longer."
"Okay have a nice night Jewels."
"You too. Give you husband and little Tino my best."
"Alright night."
"night."
As Shanna left Jewels turned her attention to the punching bag in the side of the room and walked over she began to pratice her Aikido.
She lost track of how long she trained but a troat clearing caught her attention. She turned and found she wasn't alone. Connor had joined her.
"Evening Jewels."
"Good evening Connor. How are you?"
"Quite well actually. Ya in late."
"Yeah I was just training." She picked up one of the training claymores."Care to have a go."
She knew that she had no chance in beating him. But whats with a little fun.
With a laugh Connor picked up a claymore."Aye. Roman told me ye were good lass lets see how good."
Raining thier swords theyslowly circling each the gentleman Connor waited for Jewels to delever the first blow. Which he parred so easily and struck back, Jewels twisted to avod the blow and brung her aword up Connor blocked it easily.
Knowing she couldn't beat him with swords skill alone she waited till he came to block her blow she dropped down adn swept her fett out from under him. With a laugh he fell to the floor. Not thinking Jewels straddled him and held ehr sword to his throat.
"I win."Her hair fell down hiding half her face behind its veil.
Connor staired up at her. Never had a woman defeat him in swords but Jewels had used her speed a whit something Angus looks for in his her hair fell and framed her face she looked like an angel.
No quite sure what she was thinking Jewels removed the sword from his throat and got up. "Sorry."
She watched him rise with her hands clinched behind her knew he was a vampire she met him when Angus had introduced her to the S&I crew. She had confided to Shanna that she liked Connor and right know she was very happy for the screw in her head from when she was little. Thank goodness it kept him from hearing her thoughts.
Connor looked at her with such heat in hsi eyes they began to glow. Slowly he walked over to her and sat the sword beside her. Jewels wanted to back away so badly but she held her ground. Glowling eyes Shanna had explained that to her so why in the hell can't she remember.
As Connor straightened to his full 6'5" height he moved closer. Jewels couldn't stop her self from taking a step back which had inevertable flushed her against the wall.
"Ye did quite well lass. I see why Angus made you apart of our team." Very gently he brushed his knuckles across her check and couldn't help his smile when she closed her eyes and leaned into his touch. Vary gently he tipped her chin up and her eyes were know wide as the staired into his glowing lowered his head toward hers.
He was just a hairs breathe away when Phineas and Ian teleported into the room. Connor looked up and Jewles took her escape grabbing the swords and going to the closet to put them up.
