The room was covered in blue goo and something reddish, no-one wanted to guess what the reddish substance was.
Hermione looked at it and crossed her arms in front of her.
"So, who's the brave lion that will save our Common Room by getting rid of the icky stuff?" Hermione asked, her eyes fixed on Harry and Ron.
Ron and Harry looked at each other, both silently agreeing that Harry should answer Hermione.
"You covered the common room in it, you can deal with it,"
"That's totally irrelevant!" Hermione said, puffing her chest out with annoyance. "What gallant Gryffindors are you if you don't help out a lady in distress? And, for the record, I had nothing to do with the red thing, I just wanted to put back together my mother's vase that I broke ten years ago playing football in the living room."
"Hermione I am going to tell you the same thing I told you when I caught you trying to sell Hogwarts to Voldemort, I'm not getting involved," Harry told Hermione who wasn't paying attention to a word he was saying.
"That's the pet dragon I want!" she pointed at the window, outside a pink giant dragon with fiery eyes was flying happily. "Ron, get me that dragon!".
"Hermione you already own a dragon!," Ron sighed irritated, Lucius Malfoy got it for you in exchange for you leaving him alone forever".
"Nooo," Hermione shrieked offended, "That's the reason you'd make a terrible boyfriend Ron, you never listen to me. Malfoy gave me the dragon guarding his vault! It was an albino dragon, not a !" She shook her head incredulously. "I want another dragon, I want them to have dragon babies and I want to play with them!"
"Harry I can't deal with her when she's in this mood I'm going to do anything that gets me away from here," Ron said.
"You're such a Lucius Malfoy at times,Ron, Harry spat. "Okay, Hermione, how about this. We'll go outside and, if the pink dragon is still there, we'll ask it if it wants to play with you."
"Yay!, now I'm not going to sell you out Voldemort".
Hermione and Harry left the common room leaving Ron standing there wondering what the hell was happening to his friends recently.
