Vertical Limit

Stretching across two countries, Gibbs and his team are led on the chase of a lifetime when Gibbs is pulled into a new terrorism threat which threatens a new disease on the world. In a chase that leads to the Himalayas and New Zealand, varying team clashes are frequent. But will they be in time to stop this threat to world safety? Especially when they reach vertical limit?

Stretching across two countries, Gibbs and his team are led on the chase of a lifetime when Gibbs is pulled into a new terrorism threat. The terrorist organization is called "Limitless" – a rather brutal organisation who murder those who cross them in many varied bloody ways.

Gibbs is attending a meeting thrown by Vice Admiral of the US Navy, which is also being attended by Captain James Matthews of the New Zealand, who has important information on Limitless. Gibbs and Tony are serving as security at the event. However, before any formal announcement can be made the Captain is murdered by an assassin – a deeply undercover Limitless agent, just as Gibbs realises the danger. Tony chases down the assassin only to find that he has committed suicide.

A series of "advancements" on the disease Smallpox are stolen from a top secret research laboratory in the United Kingdom by agents of Limitless. It is believed that they are heading to New Zealand, so Gibbs is forced into going with Tony and McGee. There they meet the two headed team of Lezchinko (a US Commander in NCIS) and New Zealand Chief Petty Officer and liason between US & NZ Navy, Jacqueline "Jack" Hall - a famed mountaineer in her own right and stepdaughter to the British Branches head of operations.

There are clashes- although will these hinder operations especially as Limitless threaten a new disease on the world?
