Hey, it rained today and I had time so I thought why not write a little. It's really short. I didn't have that much time.
Teddy Bear
It was nighttime at Happy Harbor and the team was in their pajamas, relaxing right before they went to bed. Robin, M'gann, Artemis, Aqualad, and Kid Flash were all watching TV when Kid Flash decided to go into the kitchen to get something to eat. When he was getting some food out of the drawers, Superboy came into the room looking a little distressed. "Hey man, what's wrong?" Kid Flash asked.
Superboy scanned the area. "I lost my teddy bear…"
Kid Flash was about to think what he just heard was weird. Superboy was a very big, muscular guy and hearing that he sleeps with a teddy bear almost made Kid Flash want to ask if he was serious. The speedster knew the clone was only a couple of months old and growing up in a pod has got to leave someone with some odd qualities, so he dismissed thinking it was strange. "Sorry, soupy, but I haven't seen a teddy bear around. Looks like you may be out of luck,"
Superboy was about to get a little frustrated but he decided to check out the living room. He walked through the door and everyone looked at him. "Hey Superboy, something wrong?" Artemis asked.
"I lost my teddy bear,"
Superboy has a teddy bear? Robin questioned. He then forgot about it and went back to watching TV.
There it is. Superboy thought to himself as the came closer to the couch Robin was laying on. "Uh, soupy, are you okay?" Robin asked.
He didn't answer him though. Superboy put his arms under Robin, lifted him up, and then threw him over his shoulder. He then proceeded back into the kitchen. "Superboy, is something wrong? Could you please put me down? I was enjoying what was on TV. Superboy…" But he wouldn't listen. Confused, everyone just watched as Superboy walked out, carrying Robin. Artemis snickered to herself.
In the kitchen, Kid Flash looked over when Superboy entered, confused by the sight he saw. Now, Robin was getting a little more forceful. "Superboy, put me down! Where are you taking me? Superboy!" he half-yelled, hitting Superboy's lower back with his fists, but the clone hardly felt it.
Eventually, Superboy made his way back to his room. When he was near his bed, he threw back the covers and laid Robin in the center. "Superboy, what's going on?" Robin asked.
Superboy only ignored him. He got into bed with him, pulled up the blankets, and threw his arms around the Boy Wonder, ensuring that there was no way he could leave. Superboy then placed his nose in the Boy Wonder's hair and closed his eyes. "Superboy… ?"
"Shhh… sleep," he said, and with that, he was out.
Robin was trying to figure things out. He knew Superboy was asleep. He tried to break out of the grip, but Superboy was just too strong. He then started to feel tired, and the warmth radiating from Superboy's massive arms around him then started to make the Boy Wonder feel comfortable. It became hard to stay awake and eventually he snuggled into the clone's strong chest and drifted off to sleep with his friend.
Hope you liked it!
