It's her b-day fic!
In the currently peaceful LaRousse City, there was a gentle wind blowing.
Two teens were walking somewhere.
One was a beautiful brunette girl with striking sapphire eyes. Her name was May Maple. She was wearing a snug red shirt with a deep blue miniskirt with dark blue leggings underneath and red and white sneakers. Her long chocolate hair was held back by only a bandana that was too loosely tied.
The other was a handsome chartreuse haired boy with glinting emerald eyes. His name was Drew Hayden. He was wearing a black t-shirt underneath a purple short-sleeved button down, light blue jeans, and black and white sneakers. His hair that usually got into his eyes was right now tucked into a black hat that was barely on his head.
Where they were walking may be a mystery for us both but at that moment something happened.
Fate decided that the two teens were meant to be together.
It gave them a little push.
The wind had gone just too strong for a few seconds.
May's bandana and Drew's hat blew off their heads and flew toward the same destination, the beach at LaRousse City.
May's eyes widened and she ran off after the bandana foolishly trying to catch up to it as it flew away, toying with her just slightly.
Drew on the other hand got out his Flygon and got on it to follow his hat.
The bandana and the hat landed right next to each other.
Drew arrived first.
He picked up his hat and saw the bright red bandana.
"A red bandana with a white Pokéball on it," Drew murmured as he picked up the soft cloth, "It can only be…"
Just as he was about to say her name she came up breathless.
"Hey! That's my bandana!" May yelled as her eyes were closed.
Drew smiled softly before smirking and saying, "You should really think before you speak, May."
May's eyes were open in a millisecond.
"Drew?" May asked softly.
"The one and only," Drew replied seeing her sparkling blue eyes.
