I'm a huge fan of D-Gray Man and I love reviews so please people tell me what you think of this fic.
Another day another mission at least that's what Kanda thought until he read whom his partner would be. "Lavi." Just thinking his partner's name set his teeth on edge but he had to remain in control and focus on the mission.
"Yo Yu!"
"Don't call me Yu."
"Come on now don't be like that."
"Shut up. Are you always this cheerful?"
"Sure why not it makes life more fun. So where we headed?"
"Read the report. That should fill your curiosity."
"That's no fun at all Yu!"
"I told you not to call me Yu!" Kanda was getting majorly pissed off here and Lavi knew it but he was like a little kid who likes to get on everybody's nerves.
"I wonder why they never put us together sooner?" Lavi mused on the train.
"Che. I don't care."
"Man your cold. Its no wonder that they made you my partner for this mission."
Another "Che" sound Kanda was really getting pissed off. "Why couldn't there have been two compartments or better yet why did they have to saddle me with a partner. Che I don't need this. Yet there is this strange feeling maybe having a partner won't be that bad but why him of all people. This is probably pay back for destroying that weak thing of a robot. Damn that Komui!" Lavi broke through Kanda's thoughts.
"So do you like the mountains?" Lavi was just getting started on the road to annoy Kanda during the mission.
"Che."
"Do you like the outdoors?"
"Che!"
"Do you like girls?"
Kanda stood up from where he was sitting, walked past Lavi and into the next available train car that he could find. Just as he was about to nod off Lavi, who snuck up behind Kanda, started his endless annoying thing of ask a thousand questions to see how pissed off Kanda will get.
"So is that all you ever say Yu?"
"Don't call me Yu!"
"Ah come on now don't be a wet blanket."
"I'm not a wet blanket!"
"Is something the matter Yu." Said Lavi with his ever-present grin.
"Che."
"So have you always been good with a sword?"
Just as Kanda stood up to deliver Lavi a world of pain the Conductor's voice came on the intercom to let everyone know that the train will pull into the station in about 10 minutes.
"Well I guess I better get my stuff then." And off Lavi went out of sight and out of Kanda's face. Kanda closed his eyes for just a sec before doing the same.
