I told you I wouldn't let go. I climbed into the ambulance with you, and held your hand the whole way there. I thought you was sleeping. I really, truly did. I should never have stopped talking to you. I remember the way your blonde hair was soaked red in blood. I swear you whispered my name right before you closed your eyes for the last time. You were my best friend, and now you're gone.

I just need to know that you're okay up there. That they are treating you the way you should be treated. I always wonder if you can see me, or read my thoughts. It would get boring after a while, since you are all I think about.

I hate how Miley goes on acting like nothing happened. Like you're still here, laughing at all the stupid things I say. I guess it's hardest on me. You were the only person I could really talk to. I wish I could just make everyone feel the same way I do. They have all moved on though. No one really talks about you anymore. But you're not gone. You're kind of like the wind. I guess what I'm really trying to say is that I love you, Lil. I always have, and I always will. No matter who I end up with, they will never compare to you. I miss the way you would smile at me and make the whole day better. And I miss looking into your big blue eyes while you laugh and seeing them laugh too. I just miss you. So much it hurts. And I just want you to know that it's not goodbye, It's see you later.
