Jareth's Poem
His body sways in a seductive dance,
catching her in a mystical trance.
Mismatched eyes burn like fire,
blue and green orbs of desire.
Bright blonde locks curl around pointed ears,
he'll show you your dreams, and your worst fears.
In a crystal, in which he holds,
a ballroom glory begins to unfold.
To dance the night as the world falls down,
there wouldn't be a single frown.
He'd hold her close and whisper softly, "fear me, love me, do as I say."
She'd whisper back,"another day."
13 hours strikes the clock,
in his heart, his secrets lock.
He'd step away and take a bow,
"I wish the goblins would take me away right now."
His body sways in a seductive dance,
catching her in a mystical trance.
Mismatched eyes burn like fire,
blue and green orbs of desire.
Bright blonde locks curl around pointed ears,
he'll show you your dreams, and your worst fears.
In a crystal, in which he holds,
a ballroom glory begins to unfold.
To dance the night as the world falls down,
there wouldn't be a single frown.
He'd hold her close and whisper softly, "fear me, love me, do as I say."
She'd whisper back,"another day."
13 hours strikes the clock,
in his heart, his secrets lock.
He'd step away and take a bow,
"I wish the goblins would take me away right now."
