This is my first story, I hope you like it! You may know it from another website, but I decided to remake it (and change it alot) using Full House characters. The story may seem hard to understand at first, but you'll understand it at the end. Yay!
It was almost Halloween. DJ had planned the perfect Halloween joke to play on Stephanie. Or was it on her? But they needed help from someone.
Stephanie came back from the mall with Gia one day, and DJ decided to ask Gia to help.
"We have the perfect joke to play on Stephanie," DJ told her. "Would you like to help us?"
"Sure," Gia said. "What is it?"
"You know the haunted house down the street?" DJ asked.
"Yes," Gia said.
"On Halloween night, people say that there are ghosts there and they like to play tricks on people, some tricks that are deadly. But we all know that isn't true right?" DJ explained. "Stephanie believes it, so we dared her to go inside the house Halloween night. But you need to go in with her. Then we'll lock her in there for an hour. But only an hour then we'll let her out."
"Okay," Gia said. "I can't wait to see how scared she is!"
"Okay see you then," DJ said.
Once Gia left, DJ turned around and gave someone a thumbs up.
On Halloween night, DJ hid behind some bushes while Gia went up to Stephanie, who was standing in front of the haunted house, acting... I mean being, scared.
"Are you ready to go inside?" Gia asked her.
"Not really," Stephanie said. "But okay."
They entered the haunted house. Gia grinned at Stephanie who was pretending to be scared... I mean who was scared.
Gia led Stephanie up the stairs and into one the rooms, which is where DJ had told them... I mean her to go.
"Why are we going in here?" Stephanie asked.
Gia shrugged even though she knew it was where DJ told her to lead Stephanie.
"I forgot something outside," she said suddenly. "Stay right here."
She locked the door to the room and ran down the stairs leaving Stephanie in there.
She ran out of the house and to the bushes where DJ was behind them.
"Is she in there?" DJ asked.
"Yup," Gia replied.
"Okay we let her out in an hour," DJ said. "Now let's go to my house until then."
But Gia didn't know that the joke was just starting.
An hour passed and Gia and DJ went to the haunted house to let Stephanie out.
Gia opened the door of the room and screamed at what she saw.
That night she didn't go back to tell anyone what she saw.
"I should have listened when DJ had said that the ghosts played tricks that were deadly," Gia said. "It's my fault. If DJ did it herself this probably would not have happened."
She remembered what happened after she opened the door. DJ had said, "It's all your fault, if you hadn't locked her in there this wouldn't have happened. When I told you what we were going to do you could have talked me out of it. It's all your fault!"
"It's my fault," Gia said. "I killed her, I let her die, I killed Stephanie! I'm a murderer! And I can't live with that!"
The next morning, DJ and Stephanie went to Gia's house to tell her about the whole trick. It wasn't on Stephanie, it was on Gia! Stephanie pretended to die, and DJ couldn't wait to see the rest of Gia's reaction. They went up to her room and screamed at what they found.
The next day they were at a funeral.
"It wasn't meant to be this way," DJ said. "This was just a joke meant to be funny but it turned out sad."
"It was just a joke," Stephanie said. "But now we know jokes like this aren't funny."
They looked down at Gia's gravestone.
"It wasn't meant to be this way. It was just a joke. No one was seriously supposed to die. You weren't supposed to kill yourself."
Odd, I know. No flames please or they will be deleted! This was a one shot meaning that the story is over. I'll probably write more Full House stories later, cya!
