"Can I talk to you?" My hands were sweating and trembling as I walked up to her. I couldn't even look at her without my knees getting weak. "Hello, Quinn. What do you need to talk to me about?" I took a deep breath and went to say something, but nothing came out. I looked down, and back up at the beautiful girl standing in front of her. The brunette made her heart beat faster, especially when she was smiling. I was just standing there, playing with the rim of my dress. I love her, and need to tell her now, before it's too late and the tree for a man get's to her. Hell, can you even call him a man? I got lost in my thoughts before I remembered why I was there in the first place. I looked from the floor to the shorter girl in front of me. "Th-this is kind of hard for me to say.. So promise you won't laugh or anything?" I bit my lip and looked anywhere but the brown eyes looking at me. I could hardly keep myself together as i fidgeted where I was standing.
"I wound never laugh at you. What's wrong?" she raised her eyebrows at me, obviously concerned. I laughed a little, trying to not seem to awkward.
"Well, I've kind of had feelings for you that I can't really explain. Actually, I can but I'd rather not right now, and I was wondering if you'd maybe, possibly like to go out with me sometime?" I said all in one breath. Sighing, I finally looked Rachel in the eyes. I obviously took her off guard and somewhere in the back of my mind I wanted to run, and I was ready to. "I'll just… Go away forever now." quickly turning, I started to walk away when I heard her locker close. Then I heard footsteps. "I would love to, Quinn." As I heard this, my heart skipped a beat. I stopped and turned around slowly.
"Really?" I managed to get out, raising one eyebrow and most likely blushing. "Of course." my heart was racing so fast she was sure she could hear it. "But, why?" She smiled and leaned up to kiss me on the cheek. My entire face was bright red. "Because, Quinn Fabray. I'm pretty sure I'm in love with you." She backed away from me and quickly started walking down the hallway.
"Rachel!" she turned around even though we were at totally different sides of the hall. "I'm pretty sure I'm in love with you too.
