On a dark and twisted street, Alice Lidel was walking home from a Halloween party. The teenager had dressed in a forget-me-not blue dress with a white apron over the top, she wore white tights and black flats, and her blonde hair was left down and now hung around her shoulders.

Alice was lost in thought of talking flowers and red queens, when suddenly her train of thought was jolted off track. A tall, gangly man wearing a rabbit mask and dressed like a red card had knocked Alice on her knees. "I'm late, I'm late," he muttered as he scurried off.

Looking down at her scraped hands and torn tights, Alice scowled. 'The nerve of some people,' Alice thought as she got up. Continuing her walk home, Alice sighed, 'Oh well, some people are just hopeless.'

AS she turned the final corner on the way to her home, Alice saw the twitching Rabbit Man standing in front her house. The man looked at a pocket watch and then back at the house, as he stood there a swirling, purple cloud whirled into existence. As the man in a rabbit mask walked into the cloud, Alice chose to follow him.

Alice stumbled as she was spit out of the purple cloud. Catching herself, Alice looked around for the man but found herself all alone on a yellow brick road.

In a brightly lit field, Dorothy Gale played with her dog, Toto. She wore a blue and white checkered dress, white socks and black buckle shoes, her auburn hair dangled in two braids by her shoulders.

As Dorothy laughed she felt the wind pick up and her smile fell away as a sense of dread settled into her stomach. It was cyclone season in Kansas and as the wind sped up even more Dorothy grabbed Toto and started towards the house.

Running through the field, tall grass whipped at Dorothy's legs and face. She fell, having tripped, but not looking back Dorothy picked herself back up and kept running. She reached the house just as the wind became unbearable.

Dorothy breathed a sigh of relief as she sagged against the door. Closing her eyes, she sank to the floor and held Toto closer to her body. Her relief at being safe was suddenly swept away in a wave of panic and fear.

A feeling of weightlessness overcame Dorothy as the house was ripped up in the cyclone. Cursing herself for forgetting the importance of the cellar, Dorothy clutched her scared dog tighter… Until she was hit over the head with a side table.

The sounds of singing were what pulled Dorothy out of sleep's comforting embraced. She stood slowly, gripping her head as she walked towards the window. She was surrounded by a sea of gray water and floating on what looked like a crow was the source of the singing. A white Dodo bird in a waist coat was plopped on the feet of a raven and was being pushed by a green bird as he warbled a tune Dorothy had never heard before.

"We're not in Kansas anymore," Dorothy stated as she turned towards Toto.
