Snow was falling in love before she even recognized it, and by the time she realized her snarky retorts to her Prince were laced with a bounty of affection, it was too late. She loved him with all her heart, and she knew that he was her other half, her true love. They complimented each other perfectly, neither one claiming any kind of 'weak' role in their relationship (despite the fact that their relationship was not of a romantic nature yet).
But she could only see it in her head.
There was a tension when she saw him, a feeling in the air that made her skin prickle and her heart race. It was a whispered 'what if' and the promise of 'what could be', if only they would give in.
One kiss. That's all it would take.
She refrained (not yet, she knew, someday but not now) and did her best to keep her distance. Snow had bigger things to worry about than a man (because there was someone else after her heart, but the Queen wanted it in an entirely different way) and so did what she could to stay focused. It was hard, but that change was not something she needed right now. One kiss would change everything.
