Mal aimlessly wandered on the catwalk above the cargo bay, looking down at Jayne and River, and thinking about the latest news on their relationship. He sighed. The two were playing tag, despite everyone's, especially Simon's, protestations. Jayne and River may be adults but they were children inside. Mal looked at River's still flat belly and sighed as Jayne tackled her to the ground and tickled her, making her squeal. How were two overgrown children supposed to raise a child?
