Ha ha! It's Lie74 with another pointles short one shot. This time reeling on how I am going to finish up all my open ended stories. I have about 3 or 5 I have to finish up. But here is a quick one shot I did for fun. I also did it to release some emotions.

My only one

Her tears fell on the ground patting softly, matching the rainy sky outside. She felt the pain of the thought in her head.

She couldn't remember what time it was when she ran home to her room. Running past her friends, only leaving tears on the ground she walked on.

No one could help her. No one tried. They were busy handling the news themselves.

Flash back

She sat watching the sky out in the park. Her friend took over normal job and she got some time off. Not that it happened to matter. She still thought about him. Waiting for him to return. Her heart was in pain, waiting to see him once again.

She walked home humming a song in her head. People waved who knew her and she nodded them off. A big explosion caught her eye on the TV.

"Reports say that the Orb military base exploded. Killing everyone within a 100 mile radius," the reporter said "The death count is 25 thousand so far."

She felt her knees go weak. She fell to the ground. The sting of her knees scrapping against the pavement had no effect on her. Tears whelped up in her eyes. "No…" she mumbled.

She sat by her bed, her back towards the door. She let her tears fall. Not even trying to wipe them away. She needed them to leek. She couldn't remember the last time she cried like this. Maybe when her father died. But she never cried this hard.

She remember when she first met him. He was always so gentle and kind to her. She loved him more then the world, stars, and PLANTS. She loved him more then herself.

Her sobs grew louder. IN doing that she didn't hear the door click open and steps that followed in the room.

"Why are you crying, Princess?" his voice called making her head snap to look at him. "Y-You I thought you were…" she started but her tears took over.

He dropped his suit case and walked over to her side and wrapped protective arms around her. His hands patted her head and the other rubbed her back softly.

"You thought I was what?" he questioned. "I thought you died." she croaked out. He patted her back and kissed away her tears.

"Did she yell at you?" she questioned looking up at him. "Yeah, she said 'How dare you scare us like that! I thought you died. She was heart broken. We couldn't even get her to eat!'" he imitating her voice.

"I was worried when they said that the base blew up." she cried. "I thought you where there." she cried more. "Shh… it's okay. I'm here now and I'll take care of you." he whispered.

She nodded, her pink bangs coming into view. "Good." he whispered, his brown hair seemed to shine in the moonlight. "I love you Kira." she whispered. "I love you too Lacus." Kira said kissing her on the lips.

"Thankyou, for coming back." she whispered. He nodded and laid his head on hers'.

See it's Kira and Lacus. Shocking. I am a AxC person normally. Well actually I am writing a bad AxC one shot at the moment. I plan to make it better. Also I have a Naruto one I'm typing. But anyway I hope you all liked this.
