PROLOUGE
When I opened my eyes the first time, I saw nothing.
So I closed them again.
The next time I opened them, I saw brightness. It was silent, and I smelt nothing. Everything was empty. I was empty. I didn't feel anything. I had no emotions. It was silent.
I closed my eyes again.
Time passed, I believed. I wasn't sure about this. Maybe it was another day I opened my eyes again. Maybe not. I didn't know. And I still don't know.
But this time I had a reason for it. I thought I heard something. Or I felt a blast of fresh air.
I didn't know. I just knew something had changed.
I stood up and realized the fact that I was standing on something. I had legs, and arms, and I had a body in which I could stand on things.
But the ground was no real ground. There was no sand, no stones, nothing. But actually there was something.
I saw myself on the ground. Like a mirror or a water reflection.
Would the ground make sounds when I walk over it?, I asked myself.
Like a splash? But I didn't dare to try, too afraid of falling. So I continued studying myself. I had a human body, but I couldn't see my face. I had no face. I could make sounds, I could speak, but I had no face in the mirror.
I looked around.
I stood on the ground and everywhere was brightness. So I decided to walk around. During my first step, I heard a splash, and I smiled. I walked miles, or just a few meters, but I went forward.
Time passed again, and again I didn't know how much. But during my next blink, something different changed. In the air, I thought, or just around me, everywhere were soap bubbles flying around. It looked beautiful. With fascination I tried to reach one of them, but they flew away.
While I tried to reach some other bubbles, something changed again.
Suddenly, there was a city around me. I didn't see it, but I knew so. I stood in the middle of an empty, old-fashioned garage and the brightness left. This time it was dark, and the air thick.
I felt sick in this place and wished the clean white would come back. But it didn't.
I turned around, to look for someone, but I was alone. I wasn't afraid, but I felt extremely uncomfortable. So I looked for an exit. And there was really one.
It was an open door, I didn't realize before.
When I stepped through it, I felt fresh air. I saw, that the bubbles didn't die away.
Suddenly, I felt a heavy pressure against my body, and my feelings went clear. Fresh air rushed through my lungs and my view went clear.
I focused on a few people. Humans.
The streets of the little city were very empty. Only four or five humans were walking around. One of them seemed to be no stranger. It felt like I knew this human from before. So I walked forward to him, and opened my mouth, to ask him who he is. Then everything went black
The next thing I saw when I opened my eyes again, was myself.
