Charlie Bone is a boy. Charlie is short for Charles. Not Charlotte. He finds he has a power. He can hear voices in photographs. Am I going too fast for you Manfred?
Manfred: What? Why pick on me?
Because, duh, you're stupid!
Manfred: *tragic music* *sad faced Manfred*
I'm kidding! Charlie-short-for-Charles has 3 horrible aunts. *BOO!* They trick him. He go to bad evil school.
Manfred: Stop picking on me!
Charlie makes 2 new friends. One plays violin, one has purple hair. They are called Fidelio, that's FID-E-LI-O. Yes, I know, it's a hard name to say.
Fidelio: Oh, so now you're picking on my name!
STOP INTERRUPTING ME!
*crickets*
Thank you. The purple-haired girl is called Olivia. Not Oliver. OL-I-V-I-A.
Olivia: Just get on with it!
There is another girl. She is called Emilia. With an "E" not an "A".
Emma: *sarcasm* Oh my gosh, it's so confusing.
There is also a special suitcase. Charlie must find the suitcase because Emilia is under a spell-
Manfred: That's hypnotism actually!
Hypnotism is a hard word. Many people wouldn't understand. Anyway, the special suitcase will break the spell and Emilia will become Emma.
Manfred: Anyway, when's my part in this story?
I'm getting to it! At the end, a boy called Billy finds a medal, Charlie gets chased by a wolf called Asa, Manfred and Zelda get beaten, Tancred and Lysander save the day and Charlie's uncle Paton gets Emma back to her Auntie Julia. The End of book 1!
Olivia: Finally!
Gabriel: But... but... but... w-what about me?
Lysander: You know Gabe is sensitive! Why didn't you include his part?
I... forgot?
Gabriel: You forgot about me? *runs off crying*
How old is he?
Tancred: 12...
Don't you think he's a bit old for running off crying?
Manfred: No! I ran off crying when I wa- *blush*
Let's take that as a no. Seriously though, what did Gabe actually do? Besides steal Charlie's cape.
Lysander: Well duh! He told Charlie that is father was alive!
I never even mentioned Charlie's father...
Manfred: I quit! *rips up contract*
Everyone else: *rip up contracts and throws them at me*
