"Dean?" Castiel whispers into the dark room, "Dean are you awake?"

He hears a muffled noise and wants to flick on the light but doesn't want to hurt Dean's eyes. He opens the door a little further, the hallway light shining onto the bed that's in the middle of the room. Squinting a bit, he makes out Dean, lying on his stomach, with the blanket wrapped loosely around him. He walks lightly over to the side of his bed and sighs. He loves to watch him sleep, he looks so peaceful, but he desperately wishes he would wake up.

Sam sent him in to wake his brother up because Sam knows Dean won't be as angry with Cas as he would be with him. Cas just stares at Dean and wishes he didn't need him to wake up.

He puts his hand on Dean's arm and says, "Dean, Dean you have to get up. Sam caught a case and we need to leave," Castiel shakes Dean's arm a bit, "Dean, come on."

Cas hears him mumble something and Dean's arm lazily goes out to Cas's arm, grabbing it and pulling him down. Castiel stumbles over slightly, half standing, half on the bed.

"Cas…" Dean mumbles, pulling Castiel further down and scooting over. He brings Cas down onto the bed and wraps his arms and legs around the startled angel.

"Dean…?" Castiel says, not sure what to do.

"Five more minutes…" Dean replies sleepily, never opening his eyes. Dean keeps himself wrapped tightly around Castiel and drifts back off to sleep.

Cas adjusts to the feeling and smiles. He closes his eyes and breathes in his scent. He carefully hugs Dean back and when he hears him sigh in approval, he hugs Dean close and realizes something.

He never wants to let go.
