CHAPTER 1

It was a long winter in the Savron region. The weather was especially cold and harsh, but in the midst of it all was a small town named Snowbank Town. It was close to a larger city, Arabelle City, where the weather was intense. In this particular town, the people that live in Snowbelle must heavily rely on each other for resources. The small community knew each other well, but there was a certain person in a certain home that sparked everything…

I woke up to the intense beam of sunlight hitting my face from the window. I knew my dad was probably out working again since he does most of the community stuff. A Fletchling came and pecked on my window, warning me to wake up. Oh, wait, I forgot to introduce myself! My name is Kiera, most people simply call me Kiki though. I have a little brother named Emiliano. He's really into dinosaurs and such, so his favorite pokemon is an Aerodactyl. Although, he is about 5 years younger than me, so he doesn't know much at all about Pokemon. Today is the day I'm finally getting my first pokemon! I'm so excited to see what's in store for me today!

I changed into my best outfit to head to the Pokemon Lab. The Pokemon professor in this region is Professor Shiv'ry, found in Arabelle City. He relates to the large amounts of ice-type pokemon you can find here. Let me tell you a bit about the Savron region. Savron represents four different elements. These elements are split about the four major cities and the towns surrounding them. Arabelle City represents ice. Why do I need to know this, you may ask. Well, the cool part about this is that 4 legendaries reside in this region. This is the home of the Legendary Titans. In a small ice palace resides Regice, although only those worthy enough will see this amazing pokemon.

Anyways, enough of that. I went downstairs only to find the house empty, at least I hope it is. My family most likely ran out to do a few chores, but that just meant luck for me. I sped off into the Pokemon Center, bypassing a couple of friends along the way. I get there, and find the pokemon Professor outside waiting. I knew this was the time, and one of the hardest decisions I would ever make.
