A/N: I got this idea whilst reading an amazing fic about the Avengers. So I hope you enjoy it!

Dummy was getting fed up with the way Tony was treating him. Of course, he wasn't supposed to feel anything and he had no way of describing his anger to Tony, since he couldn't talk. So he decided to play basketball to relieve his unknown tension. He played quite badly. "Hey. Dummy! What have I told you about playing basketball while I am working? It breaks my concentration," Tony shouted. Dummy just swung around and hit Tony in the chest. Luckily, he was wearing his suit, or else it was quite likely that Tony would have died. "What the heck is wrong with you!" he yelled, circling the machine with a pipe, occasionally hitting Dummy to keep him back.

"Tony, maybe he is trying to tell you just how tired he is of you beating on him, both metaphorically and literally," Bruce Banner said placidly to Tony. Dummy was glad that someone understood him.

"Why do you say that, Bruce? It's not as if you can telepathically know what Dummy over there is feeling."

"Even what you named him is offensive. No, I cannot telepathically communicate with him, but I know that if you talked to me like that I would be upset."

"So what do you want me to do about it?"

Sir, perhaps you could stop calling the machine Dummy for one and give it a more appealing name. Sorry, couldn't help but overhear the conversation.

"Oh, so now you are on Bruce's side? Well now, JARVIS. Fine, fine. I guess I can start being nicer to Dummy."

"You're still calling him Dummy."

Fine… Dunce… Deuce." Dummy gave him a light whack on the air. That was an awful name! How dare he try to replace one bad name with another one that was even worse!

"Tony, you're starting to make me angry…"

"Fine! Be that way! How about… Peter?"

Peter sounded fine, Dummy thought. He waved his claw in the air.

Tony realized that he approved of the name and said, "Then Peter it is."

I realize that this is really short and all, but I didn't really know where I was going with this. Sorry that it sucks.
