It had been a long day.
House wanted to collapse in front of the TV with a beer and a pizza.
He was tired. He was pissed off.
His patient was still dying and there seemed nothing he could do about it.
Wilson, on the other hand, was not tired.
Wilson was bored.
Wilson had spent his day off doing nothing and waiting for House to come home.
To put it bluntly; Wilson was horny.
With dinner finished and beer half consumed, the oncologist had once again slipped into the realms of boredom. He edged closer to House on the sofa.
Wilson dipped his tongue in House's ear, simultaneously moving his hand down over the diagnostician's stomach and slowly into his lap.
House tried to peer around Wilson.
"Wilson, I'm trying to watch TV – can't you hold in your sexual frustration for another ten minutes?"

House was trying very hard not to notice when Wilson's hand slipped through the opening and came to rest on his boxers.
He tried even harder not to notice when the oncologist's fingers began to inch along his shaft, then trailed down to massage his balls.
By now Wilson was half on top of the sitting House, his leg hooked over the diagnostician's knee, one hand still cupped around the other man's testicles and the other lost in the short greying hair.
"Wilson!" House exclaimed, exasperated "I said I'm trying to watch TV!"
Wilson swiftly brought his mouth down on House's, slipping his tongue in as he moved his hand back up to the tip of the other doctor's hardening cock.
"No," Wilson mumbled into House's warm, wet mouth, "You're failing to watch TV"
House just raised his eyebrows, but as Wilson moved his hand back down, House gave in and kissed back.
