erryday im drabblin' *cue music*
The weather outside Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry was at was with itself - it seemed to be torn between being happy and sad, and for reasons unknown, for it was a quite happy day. The Mandrake draught was ready, and anytime soon the Basilisk victims who were petrified would be restored to their sound state of mind and the only thing that stood in their way was the forcing-open of the mouths of those petrified. The sun was shining and grinning at the castle, too, so why was there a chilly feel to the atmosphere?
At around 8 AM, all patients were awake and were down in the great hall. Friends were united, hugs were exchanged, laughs were shared, stories were told and in Penelope Clearwater's case, a kiss was given. (Oh, the PDA! Scandalous.) Minerva McGonagall was aghast, and she deducted 20 points from her own house, but Percy Weasley couldn't care less - his perfect "prefect" girlfriend was back. Soon, Dumbledore stood up and announced that all exams were cancelled in occasion of the recent events. That's when everything went downhill.
"You, Harry Potter, ruin everything!" came a female screech from the Ravenclaw table. A seventh year by the name of Lydia Forbes stood up and pointed her wand at the second year Gryffindor, her face looking absolutely livid. Harry was shocked.
"Do you REALISE what this means?! This means that I cannot give my NEWTs and I will be unemployed for the rest of my life! And I have this horrible feeling that you are going to ruin many other people's lives! You, sir, are a pain in the ass, and I will not stand for it! AVADA KEDAVRA!"and with those two horrible words, a green beam shot out of Lydia's wand and hurled itself towards Harry. The entire hall was shocked nobody had expected anybody to get that angry over their exams. Some were willing to bet their life that even Hermione Granger wouldn't do that for her NEWTs. And in all this shock, they forgot that a killing curse was zooming towards their precious boy-who-lived, who himself was completely shocked at what was happening.
Not long after Lydia uttered those words, the curse reached Harry square in the chest, and he lived no more.
Surprised by her own actions, Lydia Forbes fled from the Great Hall and was never seen ever again. That also meant that Voldemort won, as he used somebody else's blood to get a new body and he found Lydia in a small shack, just south of Cardiff, and she was rewarded with the absolute best for indirectly aiding him in his reign.
The rest of the world wished her death.
I got this idea while I was shitting. DONT JUDGE ME.
