Chapter One:
Sighing I trudge myself out of bed and run a hand through my hair, I felt like crap this morning. I hear a laugh and look towards the door to my room to see my sister standing there against the door frame, "Morning." She says cheerily, I frown as my head pounds hard, "What the hell happened to me last night, I feel like I got ran over by a truck." I say as I brushed my hair, which was the opposite of my sisters as it was a deep black while hers was sandy blonde.
I smile at her a little, "Oh by the way happy birthday." I smile as she hands me a large box, I look at her before I open it, and inside was a jacket nearly like hers only purple, "I knew how much you liked mine, and I found it in your favorite color." I hug her and thank her, "You are the best twin sister ever Emma Swan." I say before going to take a shower.
After my shower I get dressed, slipping the jacket on, it fit perfectly, I walk out of my room to see Emma making breakfast, breakfast meaning two bagels toasted and orange juice, I grab mine and spread on my honey almond cream cheese spread while she spreads her regular cream cheese onto hers, "So what's planned for tonight?" I ask taking a bite.
"I have a case to finish; it shouldn't take long once he figures out who I am and what I'm doing." Emma says flipping on the television. Compared to my sister I was more creative, she had to grow up so fast when she was in jail because she had to go through a pregnancy I wasn't happy that she gave him up but I understood that she wanted to give him his best chance.
"What's with your locket?" she asks, I look down at the blue heart shaped locket, and it was glowing blue. It had never done that before. I shrug, "Not sure, so what to do until you must leave me for the night." I say jumping onto the couch next to her.
STORYBROOKE
Mary Margret hummed thoughtfully to herself as she wrote the day's lesson on the black board, as she did so she felt her locket getting slightly warm, she gasps slightly as it stings her, she looks down at the locket which had always been just a plain locket, but for some reason it was glowing blue, as the touched it, something flashed through her mind, an image of a women that looked nearly identical to her. She feels a tap on her shoulder bringing her out of her thoughts, "Oh madam Mayor you scared me."
The mayor sighs, "Have you seen Henry, when I went to his room to wake him this morning he was gone, I've looked everywhere." Mary Margret shakes her head, "No, I haven't seen him since after class yesterday, but I'll keep an eye out." The mayor nods a thank you and stalks leaving the other woman to her thoughts about seeing the woman in her mind.
NEW YORK- EVENING
As I made a late dinner I couldn't help but feel as though something was about to happen sighing a plate my food and leave Emma's food on a low heat knowing she would be home soon because she had texted me.
Right on cue as I finished my food Emma walked in, in a huff and kicked her shoes off, "Rough night?" I ask as she plates her food; she nods and grabs a drink out of the fridge taking a bite, "Happy birthday to us." She says we clang our glasses together as a knock sounds. Emma sighs and goes to check the door, when she opens it I hear something I thought I would never hear ever, "I'm Henry, I'm your son."
A/N- just a little twist on the once upon a time story where Emma has a twin, her name is of course Sarah, Sarah Swan, and she looks like snow white. Things will go a bit differently, David/charming isn't in a coma and isn't with that woman (I hated her anyway). I really hope you like it
