THE BOY WHO LIVED
Yesterday night, the widely-known He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named broke into James and Lily Potter's house in Godric's Hollow. Immediately murdering James Potter at the door, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named followed Lily Potter, muggleborn, up the stairs of the small cottage. His intent was to murder the small boy, Harry Potter, barely a year old, but the thirteen and a half wand turned upon both his parents first.
Harry James Potter did not die.
And He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named is gone.
The Avada Kedavra has never spared a survivor, so why now? Albus Dumbledore, Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, is suspected to know something about this matter, but is not sharing any information. This leaves the vast majority of the Wizarding World extremely confused.
Is He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named dead? Broken? Hiding? Did the curse backfire somehow, or is Harry Potter a prodigy?
Now would everyone please take a moment to remember the beautiful lives of James Potter and Lily Evans Potter.
