How Video Game Heroes React to Annoying Sidekicks

Video games are fun to play, but sometimes even in classic video games, there could be at least one character that can piss the player off. Even some of the best video games don't have the best ensemble cast of characters. So, I'm writing this fanfiction to make fun of how players react to these types of characters, but instead it's the playable characters themsel

Scene #1: Yoshi's Island

As Yoshi walks with Baby Mario in the flower field, a shy guy suddenly hits Yoshi, resulting in Baby Mario trapped in a bubble.

(Baby Mario cries)

Yoshi: Don't worry, I'll save you. But first, I have to take care of these guys.

(Yoshi fights an army of shy guys)

(Baby Mario continues crying)

Yoshi: I know, I know. Just give a minute.

(Yoshi continues fighting shy guys)

(Baby Mario continues crying)

Yoshi: (Frustrated) Alright! I get it! I'm almost done!

(Yoshi continues fighting shy guys)

(Baby Mario continues crying)

Yoshi: WHY YOU LITTLE...!

(Yoshi finishes fighting shy guys and finally saves Baby Mario)

Yoshi: (Sighs) Finally, some peace and quiet.

Scene #2: Sonic Adventure 2

Sonic runs around a loop and suddenly ends up at Omochao.

Omochao: Wasn't that great? It felt like a roller coaster.

Sonic: (Annoyed) Duh. I can see that Omochao.

(Cuts to a later scene where Sonic fights the Egg Golem)

Omochao: His head is his weak point. Try to...

Sonic interrupts Omochao annoyed.

Sonic: I know, I know! Will you just let me fight him!

Scene #3: Star Fox 64

Slippy: Fox, help me!

Fox: I'm coming Slippy!

(A few minutes later)

Slippy: Help me Fox!

Fox: I'm coming Slippy. Again.

(A few minutes later)

Slippy: Fox, get this guy off me!

Fox: (Annoyed) Here we go again.

(A few minutes later)

Slippy: Fox, I need help!

Fox: (Groans) Fine.

(A few minutes later)

Slippy: FOX!

Fox: Do I have to save all day?

(A few minutes later)

Slippy: HELP ME!

Fox: Are you doing that on purpose?

Scene #4: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Link fights Ganondorf

Navi: Hey listen!

Link continues fighting Ganondorf

Navi: Hey listen!

Link: Not now, Navi! Can't you see I'm busy?

Link continues fighting Ganondorf

Navi: Hey listen!

Link: WHAT?!

Scene #5: Duck Hunt

The shooter tries to shoot a duck, but runs out of bullets.

The dog laughs at him.

Another duck appears. The shooter misses it and runs out of bullets again.

The dog laughs at him again.

The shooter shoots at the dog.

The dog whines in pain.

Shooter: Take that stupid dog!

Scene #6: Animal Crossing

Villager walks around the village, but then he suddenly notices Mr. Resetti sleeping.

Villager: (Whispering) Oh no! It's Mr. Resetti! I know he talks endlessly. If i could just sneak around him and hope he doesn't see me.

He sneaks around Mr. Resetti quietly. But eventually, Mr. Resetti wakes up and spots Villager.

Mr. Resetti: Hey, where do you think you're going?

Villager: Shoot! He saw me!

Mr. Resetti: So, you were trying to avoid me, eh? You also wanted to save the game while sneaking around me, eh? Well, looks like you have no choice to talk to me, unless you want to reset your game.

Villager: (Groans)

Scene #7: GoldenEye 007

Natalya runs away

James Bond: Hey, where do you think you're going?

Natalya: I think the exit you're looking for is on the other side of this door.

James Bond: Are you crazy? It's full of enemies outside, there's gotta be a better way to avoid them.

Natalya: What are you a coward James? I'm going out there and that's that!

Natalya opens the door

James Bond: No! Don't!

A dozen soldiers suddenly shoot and kill Natalya.

James Bond: (Groans) I knew this was going to happen. This is exactly why parts like this are my least favorite parts of every mission I have accomplished over the years. (Communicates to the players with his pause watch) Player, let's start again and do it right this time.
