Longshot ran, hoping to catch up with the men that kidnapped Smellerbee, but he soon realized that it was too late. He began to throw a tantrum, the way Bee would. He stomped around a couple times, he beat his fist against a tree until his knuckles bled, and finally he fell to the ground with his head in his hands. 'How can I find her? If I don't know where to start looking?' he asked himself. "We're not lost! I told you I know exactly where I'm going." A girl's voice came through the trees. "This coming from the blind girl." A boy replied. "Blind EARTH bender. I know where I'm going." Longshot stood up and walked over to see them. He saw the Aang and his friends, "Aang, I need your help."

When Smellerbee woke up she was hung over the shoulder of a bulky man. "Ughh, where am I?" She asked the man carrying her. "Almost home, my lady." "Pipsqueak?" The man laughed, "No, sorry ma'am, I am Lao. I serve Lady Korra." The woman came up next to Lao, "My name is Omi, we were assigned to find you Midori. You'll be home with your family soon."

They brought Smellerbee into a large house, built for a noble family. "Take her away!" An elder woman's voice echoed through the halls. A young girl around Smellerbee's age was being escorted from a large hall that Smellerbee was being led into. "Lady Korra, we bring-" She interrupted them, "I know what you bring, you bring my daughter. Or who you think is my daughter, I have seen so many Midori's that I don't know if I'll ever find her." But then she turned and looked at Smellerbee,"Midori!" The woman had long black hair, she wore a long green kimono that had a yellow sash tied around her middle. She came running toward Smellerbee, "My daughter, my dear Midori!" Wrapping her arms around her daughter she said, "I've waited so long for you my dear."
