Hey this is my first fanfiction so I hope you like it, this takes place after Kelley Armstrong online story where Derek gets caught by his real family. This is also a prolog. It also takes place a year earlier.

Ugh..

"damn it tori! Can you be a little lighter when you do a knock back?"

I watch simon and tori train together,

that's all we ever do anymore. I train too but thats only for my powers, as for strengths well lets just say im not doing so good in that department.

"whats got you thinking so hard?" a deep voice brought me back to reality, I turned my head to see Derek leaning against the back doors door frame. Derek's not an average boy, he's handsome and strong. He's also a genetically altered werewolf, my werewolf. Me and Derek have been dating for a little over 4 months.

"nothing really, im just watching them train"

He gave me a look. "you know you'll be able to fight back too, if you stop fooling around and pay attention" damn it, I really do hate when he smirks and brings that up.

Just as I was about to respond an explosion happened and everything went into a cloud of smoke, I felt hands grab me.

"GET OFF OF ME!" I screamed , soon enough I felt a needle go in my arm. I blacked out.

30 mins later

I woke up in a van, I saaw a face I so familiar with.

"hello chloe, you know disappearing for 4 months is really bad, we've been looking for you." Jake rasmine. I had known jake since we were kids, we grew up and move everywhere with each other. When we went A.R Gurney together, he was in the music department and me well I was in the theater part, shortly after a music company recognized him and he left leaving me alone in the stupid school.

"what do you want jake? Kidnapping me isn't the best way to get your best friend back" the last part came out in a snarl.

"well best friend, I showed my producer the video of singing with me and he loved it, so now your apart of my band." He grinned by the end of the sentence.

I knew for fact there was no way out this, so I shut my mouth, closed my eyes and let out a breath.

"fine"
