John can't remember the number of times he's told Dean not to leave the jelly on the table. Sammy might only be a toddler but he's already adept at getting lids off jars and that jelly was just crying out to be eaten.

Except Sam's three and his hand/eye coordination isn't fully developed yet. There's more sticky, red mess on his face than John can remember ever seeing on his brother.

He can't find it in himself to be mad though. Sammy's beaming at him, holding his arms out to be picked up and all John can do is laugh.
