Urahara wasn't used to being told what to do. He was used to giving advice and help to others, even when it regarded children. Kisuke somewhat

liked the flare in Ryuuken's eyes when he told him to pay attenchen to Uryu. He also couldn't help but like when Isshin grew angry when they

discussed Ichigo, but today was different. Urahara knew exactly why Ryuuken and Isshin were coming up the walk. Today was January 15. This

marked two very important dates; the first was the killing of Ryuuken's wife Syuri by a hollow. The second was that this was Jinta's birthday. It had

been three weeks since Jinta's passed from ammonia. Three weeks since Urahara had to bury him. The bell rang as the men came in. "Urahara nice to see

you" was Isshins booming voice Ryuuken was a lot more quiter. Kisuke whipped out his fan to try and make his voice less shaky, "Hello boys, off to

Syuri's grave I see. Give my best to her please" he said with a sigh. He hoped they would get the hint. "Kisuke, it's his birthday, you need to come"

Ryuuke said. Kisuke started to do his accounting books. He loved those books now, a wonderful distraction. "I can't, it's to hard you know that" he

said quietly. "Besides'" he said looking up "Mrs. Peabody will be here to pick up her shipment of tomatos, all the way from china, you know she hates

to wait." Just as he finished a small blond haired girl with pigtales came in, "Hello all" Hiyori said. "My package please." After a few minutes it was

clear Kisuke was going to drown himself in his work. This was the first of many that Ryuuken and Isshin knew that they had to intervine. It was the

first of many that they started to look at Urahara as more of a friend, and less of a nascence.
