When Bonnie got home her first instinct was to run up into her room and play with her new Bo Peep doll that she received as a present from a man named Hank. So naturally, the moment that her mother let her out of the purple car-seat she bolted out of the car and ran as fast as she could until she got to her room.

Panting, Bonnie dropped her backpack on her bed and pulled out her cowgirl doll, Jessie, and dropped her on the bed next to some of her other toys; Buzz, Totoro, Slinky and Hamm. Bonnie was about to pull Bo Peep out when her mother walked in.

"Honey, there's no time to play right now." she said while tossing her daughters hair. "Your ballet recital in in half an hour and your not in your tutu."

"But mom!" Bonnie protested.

"No buts! Here," she gave her daughter her ballet dress and shoes "put these on and we'll go."

"Can I bring her with me?" Bonnie asked pointing to her bag.

Inside the bag, Bo's heart dropped a little bit. She didn't want to postpone her reunion with her old friends. She knew it would only last a few hours, but her heart felt like it was about to explode. A few hours wouldn't have effected her a day ago, but now. She couldn't stand it, knowing that they're all here, that he's here.

Lori thought about it for a moment 'It'll make her happy… but the doll is so fragile, she could break and that would be much worse.'

"No." she finally said. Bonnie's head dropped and she began breathing fast, her mother knew she was about to cry "Bon, she could break, and don't worry we'll take the whole thing, so she and all your other toys can see you dance."

"Okay." said Bonnie so adorably that her mother couldn't resist giving her kiss on the head.

Lori looked down at her watch a let out a gasp "Bonnie we have to go! You can change when we get there."

Bonnie and her mother left her room and jogged to the car.

Jessie came to life and looked out the window to make sure they left. When the car was out of view she called "S'all clear!"

Then ran back to the school bag.

Buzz went over to Jessie and said "Missed you today."

"Yea, that's great." she replied trying to help her porcelain friend out "Help me get her out."

Buzz feeling a little neglected (he practiced that line for hours!) said emotionlessly "So who's the newbie?" he looked into the school bag.

"Hey Buzz." Bo said smiling and waving her free hand.

Buzz, who dropped his 'cold-as-ice' act could only say "Oh my God." He then helped Jessie hoist Bo out of the bag "Woody!" he called.

"What?" Woody replied. He was crawling down form a shelf opposite of the bed.

Buzz took a step to the side so he wasn't blocking Woody's view.

For a second both of them froze. They didn't see anything or anyone besides the small distance between them.

"Bo?" Woody half whispered.

That distance between them slowly closed.

Woody jumped off the shelf and ran in the direction of the bed. Bo ran to the end the end of the bed and jumped off. She landed with an 'oof!' but quickly picked herself up.

Then it happened. They were in each others arms. The distance between them was completely gone, and they never wanted there to be any ever again.

"I've missed you so much Bo." Woody said in her ear and kissed her cheek.

"Oh Woody," she put her hands on the back of his neck "I thought I'd never see you again."

He then kissed her. He didn't care that everyone was watching them like a soap opera. All that mattered that she was there, there in front of him with no distance between them at all.
