When Mckay didn't stop healing Zelenka, Sheppard stepped forward.
"Mckay you can stop now, he's alive." Sheppard said as Carson, Weir and a now awake Zelenka looked at Mckay.
"I know he's alive.I'm the one who started his heart back up." Mckay opened his eyes to roll them.
"Then why do you not stop, it feels very odd." Zelenka asked as Carson checked the monitors and Weir questioned "He's alive Mckay why are you still healing him?"
"Because I work with an idiot. Seriously Zelenka I am disappointed I thought you were the only member of my staff who wasn't a complete idiot."
"Thank you?" Zelenka said uncertainly
"I'm not done." Mckay snapped still healing Radek "But I stand corrected. What were you going to do huh? Leave me with Kavanagh as a second in command the guy who could manage to blow up an Amish community and gets lost on the way to the bathroom."
"Rodney what the hell are ye coming on about?."Carson asked voicing everyone question.
"I'm talking about the fact that Zelenka here should be stripped on his title of Doctor and come to think of it so should you Carson. Both of you are idiots."Mckay said in his usual blunt fashion.
"Mckay what the hell is going on?." Sheppard said as Carson and Zelenka looked like there was about to explode.
"You call me idiot! You were the one who nearly killed me!" Zelenka exclaimed trying to move away from Mckay.
"Well you know what it's a good thing I did! or do you like having cancer?" Mckay asked glaring down at him.
"I have cancer?" he asked shocked as the other asked the same thing.
"Well not for long if you would just stop squirming." He snapped at Zelenka who promptly laid still." I can't believe you didn't notice I swear your organs are like giant tumours, it's a real mess in there." He said shaking his head.
"Giant tumours." Weir repeated softly.
"He wasn't complaining of any symptoms so I didn't need to do any scans because he hasn't been off-world in ages." Carson said shaking his head.
"I only had a cough and some slight nausea nothing major." Zelenka said looking worried.
"Is he going to be ok?" Sheppard asked.
"He'll be fine just give me a couple of minutes." Mckay said " Man this thing is fast and pretty nasty. For gods sake Radek stop freaking out."
As Zelenka hadn't said or done anything they were confused by this comment.
"I can read your thoughts Carson stop blaming yourself but you might want to think about scanning non off-world personnel more often and Zelenka I'm almost done, just got to do your liver." Mckay said before adding "Oh and word of advice, you might wanna give up smoking, cos that was gross and I'm not cleaning them up again."
"Done." Zelenka said deciding to trust Rodney as he was the one who had just healed them.
"What does it feel like?" Weir asked.
"Who are you asking?" Zelenka asked.
"Both." Sheppard and Carson said in unison.
"Kinda of warm like sunrays."Zelenka said nodding to himself .
"I can see every problem in my mind. It's a bit like really intricate spring cleaning. It's also exhausting." Mckay said just as he lifted his hands away from Zelenka. "You're done."
"That was incredible and we got it all on the monitors." Carson said with a smile.
"That was pretty awesome." Sheppard commented.
"How do you feel Radek?" Elizabeth asked as he sat up.
"Much better actually." as he stood he added " Did you fix my back?"
"Well I figured while I was at it I might as well.." Mckay said with a shrug and a yawn "I think I'm going to lie down for an hour before I get back to work." He said walking towards the door.
"Hey Rodney." Radek called after him.
"Yeah?"
"Thanks for ...almost killing me." Zelenka said grinning.
"Anytime Radek anytime." Rodney said grinning back then leaving to find a nice cosy bed.
