After deciding to get away from my home for a while. It's been forever since i walked into the woods and I thought it would be a good idea to take a walk. After a good couple feet I stumbled upon the many holiday doors. There was christmas, easter, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Valentines Day,St. Patricks Day, and Independence Day. The one door that caught my eye was the Halloween door (my favorite holiday). "I always wondered what was on the other side?" saying in curiosity. As I opened the door and looked inside it was dark. I bowed my head sad. But I could feel a strong wind pull me on and shut the door. I soon was falling in darkness. After a few minutes I soon rolled into this grave yard. "This place is so strange. Am I in the door?" Asking myself and brushing my black jeans, and my long black sleeved shirt off with wilted plants. The sound of cracking came from behind me and Instincts told me to hide behind the tombstone. "Hello? Anyone here?" A male voice called out. I peaked out from behind the tombstone to see a skeleton in a pinstripe suit, a bat tie, and shiny black dress shoes. "My my who may you be?" He asked kneeling down to eye level with a smile. "M-my name is Rose Dashwood sir." introducing myself very scared like. "Well hello rose. My name is Jack Skellington. I'm the pumpkin king. Welcome to Halloween town." He said smiling and brushing me off. "It's a pleasure to meet you Jack." Smiling up at the skeleton.
After a couple minutes he took me into his home and was asking me questions which i didnt mind. And it was cozy to me.
"So how did you find our little town Rose?" Jack asked as he sat down next to me on the couch. "Well I was walking in the woods and came upon the doors and the Halloween door caught my eye. Which is my favorite holiday. And thought I'd look inside and now here I am" I said laighing. "So you came from the land upstairs?" He asked me. "Yes where all the humans are." Twisting my hands nervously. "Hey there is no need to be nervous. "I promise I won't hurt you ever. And I'll protect you." Jack said taking my hand. The skeleton took my hand and examined it. "Come with me I wanna do a couple of experiments." He said standing me up. "Uh ok?" I said in question.
