SUMMARY: Wherever you go, no matter how far you run, whatever you do, the past will always catch up to you. Harry Potter didn't know that. He's going to have to learn that. And he's going to learn the hard way.
In the United States...
It's been a while since I left. I wonder how everyone's doing. I guess I don't have the right to ask. After all, I'm the one who left. But then again, it was just too much. It was all too much for me to take. I loved her too much...
In England...
Did you really have to leave us? Why? I need you. We needed you. Not because of what you did but because of who you are to us. You're a part of our lives. Without you, nothing would be the same. If only you were here... I want my best friend back...
In the United States...
It's funny how everything has changed. It hasn't been too long since the war. And yet, because of him everything changed. I didn't think anyone would accept me after all the things that has happened. And yet, he took me in. I became his friend. After all the things I did too him. I think it's time I pay him back... Hold on tight my friend 'cause you're in for a bumpy ride...
Five years since the final war. So many things have changed. Who would have thought that the war would end? Who would have thought that the people would eventually be able to live like they used to? Certainly there are some people who didn't think so. But some people did...
Harry Potter. The name known by all people in the wizarding world. He was pretty normal... Not! There was nothing normal about him. Losing his parents... Living life not knowing what he was... Being a child and yet not having to experience a childhood... Growing up not knowing what it is to be a regular kid. Why did he have to be the one to vanquish Lord Voldemort? Why did he have to be the light's hope? Why him? Why? Why? Why? Because destiny wanted him to. And because he can.
Harry Potter. The moment he spent his life as a child not knowing he was a wizard. He was a kid with some abnormalities, as they say. They didn't know how special he was. But thanks to them, he grew up with morals. He grew up giving value to everything in his life. Furthermore, he was selfless. Despite the treatment he received from his supposed family, he grew up not wanting more than what was enough.
Harry Potter. He got into the wizarding world not realizing the things that are about to happen. He was to go to Hogwarts. And he did. In there, his trials far more than what he had as a child, awaits him. Lord Voldemort awaits the child who caused him defeat a long time ago. He is prepared to take revenge on young Harry Potter. Yet he never succeeded. Harry Potter was able to somehow live throughout his life in Hogwarts. Yet, no so many people are as lucky as he is. Lives were lost but not his, not Harry Potter's.
Harry Potter. People look up to him. Some people no longer see him as a person but a tool of war. But he did his job. He did what the people expected him to. He got rid of Voldemort. After 18 years of terror, Voldemort is truly gone. And again, the people can live peacefully.
Harry Potter. He is famous throughout the wizarding world. Even after years of the battle, he still appears in the newspaper. Harry Potter: Still not Found!
