Nico's Pov

I woke up to the sound of knocking on my door. What the Hades? I looked at my clock and it read 6:00. Stupid camper. Who did they think they were, waking me up at six in the morning? I grabbed some clothes and opened the door. Standing there with a look of pure fear on his face was Percy. What was he doing here. It was the middle of February.

"Hey Nico, I have a problem and I kind of need your help." Percy said. I glared at him.

"What." I said, still giving him my Son of Hades death glare.

"Well, um, see… it's Valentines Day and I kind of forgot to get Annabeth a present." He replied. I gave him a look of surprise.

"You're doomed." I stated. "Wait, didn't you get Annabeth a present. I mean you couldn't have forgotten something like that. Wait, nope you could have."

"Come on, we have to go get it." He said, then grabbing my arm and pulling me out of my cabin. I don't know whether it was because I was tired or because I was bored, but we managed to make our way to a small clearing in the woods. I looked around, wondering where we were.

"Where are we?" I asked. Just then, I saw Annabeth walk into the clearing with my long time crush, Selene Pevensie. She was also rubbing her eyes and complaining about why she had to come along to go get Percy a Valentines Day gift. Suddenly, I got why I was woken up. Percy and Annabeth were trying to hook Selene and me up. So I did the natural thing that anyone does. I bolted. Or, tried to. Percy tackled me to the ground. I hate him right now, that stupid son of Poseidon.

"I got up and turned around to see Selene glaring at Annabeth. Three things about Selene you should know. One, she has a great death glare. Two, she is really good with knives. And Three, we're still trying to find out who her godly parent is. She got claimed, but instead of any of the normal signs, she had a sun with a stich right through the middle. Oh, she's also Italian.

"Why don't you two hang out with each other, you know, you guys could be great friends." They both said We both glared. Then Percy and Annabeth did something unforgettable. At the exact same time, they pushed me and Selene towards each other. We both tumbled towards each other and she ended up on top of me. Not only that, but she accidentally kissed me.

"I'm so sorry." she said, getting herself off of me as fast as possible. Or at least trying to. I pulled her back down, kissing her. And we stayed like that until we heard the counch shell blow that let us know it was breakfast. And as we got up and walked toward the dinning pavilion, I turned and asked her one thing.

"Go out with me?" I asked. She smiled.

"Sure." she replied. I felt so happy that I almost forgot about how Percy and Annabeth set us up.

Almost.

"Want to go get revenge on Percy and Annabeth?" I asked as we walked holding hands.

"Of course. How do you want to do it?" she replied.

"I don't know, lets think about it after breakfast." As we walked, I saw the sun shining on everything, making it happy and beautiful. Hmm. This is one day that I won't forget. This is Valentines Day.
