Beyond The Castle Wall
One-Shot
My name is Zen Wisteria and all my life I want to see the kingdom beyond the castle wall. I looked out of my window at the castle gate and thinking that today will be the day that I get out of the castle. I walked out of my bedroom and went down the hallway when Kiki and Mitsuhide saw me.
"Prince Zen," Mitsuhide said, looking at me.
"What is it?" I asked, looking at him.
"Where are you going?" Mitsuhide answer with a question.
"I want to leave the castle," I answer. Kiki and Mitsuhide looked at each other then back at me.
"Okay, we will go with you then," Mitsuhide said, walking down the hallway. Mitsuhide and Kiki and I sneaked out of the castle and went to the forest.
"Mitsuhide, Kiki. I'm going on ahead." I said, run through the forest and jump on a wall when I notice a girl sitting on the ground. "Ow, that hurt," I said, grab my arms.
"Zen are you okay?" Mitsuhide said, running up to me.
"I'm fine," I answer, stand up and turn around and looked at the look. "And you are you?" I asked.
"I'm Shirayuki," Shirayuki said, looking at me. I notice her bright red hair through her hood that she is wearing. " you have unusual hair color," I said.
"Yeah, I get that a lot," Shirayuki said. "Oh, you hurt your arm when you fall." She said, looking through her bag.
"Sorry I don't take medicine from strangers. It can be Poison." I said, pointing my sword at Shirayuki.
"Oh," Shirayuki said, then grab my sword and hand her arms with it.
"What the?" I said in shock, looking at Shirayuki putting medicine on her arms.
"Sorry, it is not my habit top carry poison with me," Shirayuki said. I grab my sword and laugh.
"Sorry about that, I'm Zen," I said, knee down at Shirayuki with a smile. "Did kind of your fault that I mess up on my land, take good care of me now."
