"Unforgettable, that's what you are"

"Rory I'd like you to meet my fiancée!" Alisha Waverly jumped up and down excitedly. She hadn't seen her friend since she had left the campaign trail almost four years ago.

"Which is he Lish? Which is that dashing man, who has stolen your heart and finally helped you settled down?" she asked her friend curiously, looking among the trail of suitor's down the stairs.

"His that handsome blond over there!" her friend pointed to a frame that had already made her jaw drop.

'O-M-G!' she gawked at her ex-partner, and her old friend's new fiancée.

"Lo-gie! Lo-gie!" she ushered him over excitedly, he ran up the stairs excited to see his fiancée.

"Hey babe, where's the fire?" he took her in his arms and kissed the breath out of her. "I miss you…" she watched him whispered into her ear.

"Well look who I bumped into!?" she said with utter excitement. "My really great friend, Lorelai Gilmore. We were in the campaign trail together four years ago" she said with pride of introducing her friend to her fiancée.

"Yes, nice to me… uh what did you say?" he asked his fiancée dumbfounded.

"Well she goes by Ror… hey were did she run off to?" she asked him in wonderment, scanning the room, and seeing that her friend had disappeared.

Logan looked abashed, and tried to recover from the shock of seeing his ex-partner. She had been the love of his life, and he had literally been a broken man, until Alisha Waverly had woken his heart up again, and he had fallen in love with the brown haired, blue eyed woman.

"You have no idea who I was almost introduced to" she said with shocked embarrassment.

'Almost?' Paris said questioningly. 'Ror' you aren't making any sense. Calm down' she tried to reassure her friend, knowing if she let her continue, the babbling would go on and on, and she still wouldn't be any closer to finding out who was making her freak out in such a way.

"Yes ALMOST!" she yelled in frustration, like Paris wasn't listening or something.

'Roll back a notch Ror', who did you almost get introduced to?' she asked patiently, trying to reel in her friend.

"Huntzberger! That's who!" she puffed into the phone, still running down the five blocks to her apartment.

'Are you running Ror'? And more importantly, where is your car?' she asked which such amazement, because Gilmores don't do any kind of sport.

"Oh crap!" she yelled into the sky. "I just broke my new LOU! Argg! This is not my night!" she yelled into the night air. "Call you later Paris!" she closed her phone, and slipped it into her clutch, took her shoes off and kept running the three more blocks it took her to get home.

She realised that she liked running. It kind of gave her an exuberant feeling, took a lot of weight of her shoulders. She found that her legs felt very fluid and it wasn't taxing as it had use to feel when she was eating so unhealthily all those years ago.

She reached her apartment in no time, and the bell hop looked at her questioningly.

"What happened to you shoes? Where is your car? I'll pick it up later for you?" he asked her questioningly, which she just nodded and handed him the keys.

"Thanks so much Frankie! I couldn't go back there!" was all she managed to say, before walking to the elevator and pressing the button which would take her to her apartment.

"OMG, Rory, was happened?" her next door neighbour was on her way out, looking fantastic in her running gear.

"YOU would not believe Rach! I tell you, you WOULD NOT believe!" she said to her friend, as she usher her into her apartment and closed the door behind them.
