chapter 1
Joey was clearing out his apparment when he comes across and old box of things his mother had sent to him he opens the box to find his old phone and loads of old letters and pictures reilising there all from walford his old life he decides to go thro them all starting with his old phone he puts it on charge and turns it on waiting for the phone to stop pining he finds loads of missed calls and txts messages

he desides to start with laurens missed calls first listing to the first one " hi Joey its me lauren i know you hate me because of my drinking but i swear i never drank that night i stopped when i promised you that i would'nt drink anymore i love you and i miss you loads please come back soon" he sighs and listens to the next one "hi joey its lauren look we need to talk its important not something we should talk about on the phone please call me back" he desides to switch the phone off and head to bed as its 5am in the morning he throws the phone back into the box and heads to bed he tosses and turns as he falls to sleep and starts dreaming...
the dream
he wakes up next to the love of his life hearing there one year old boy calling daddy removing his arm from around laurens waist he gets up to see what his son wants as he walks into his sons bedroom he sees his dad derek walking up the stairs with a fresh bottle of milk he rubs his eyes as derek says "its alright son ive got it you go back to bed" joey looks in on his son and nods his head and says "okaii dad if you need me ill be in bed" and heads off back to bed getting into bed he wraps his arms back around his wife and pulls her closer to him drifting off to sleep.
he wakes up the next morning to a cold bed and gets up walking out of the room he peeps into there sons room and sees that he isnt there either he then walks down the stairs and sees them all in the kitchen he smiles seeing his wife giggling away and chatting with his dad and is mother yea its still a bit strange seeing my mum and my dad sat in the same room together but they fixed things a few years ago now and now they are happy together and live in wales there here in london for two weeks visting...i walk into the kitchen and wrap my arms around m beautiful wife kissing her neck as i look over her shoulder to see what shes cooking for breakfast smiling as i see shes cooking a full fry up i say hrmmm morrning beautiful wwhy didn't you wake me i would've cooked" she turns round and smiles "because i wanted to cook for a change she says joeys smirks placing his hands on her small bump how is my two beutiful girls tis morning?" lauren smiles and says "we are both as happy as ever today" Joey smiles and kisses her deeply Lauren kisses him back pulling away as she hears derek and cathy cough she burries her head in joeys shoulder and blushes bright red joey smirks and kisses the top or her head before letting her go back to cooking he walks around the kitchen towards his son as leo says dada and lifts his arms up joey picks him up and says whos a very smart boy and tickels him leos in fits of laugher and joey sets him back down in his high chair...
