I love Spencer and Toby! They are my favorite couple on the show! This takes place right after "I Must Confess".

She couldn't do this anymore. She just couldn't take her family hating her. She knew she had to chose, and it wasn't going to be easy. As she walked into her room she heard her phone chirp, signaling she had a text message. When she looked at the screen she saw it was from Toby.
"When can I see you?" The text read. She gently put the phone on her nightstand, and curled up in a ball on her bed and completely broke down. After crying for what felt like hours, she picked up her phone and hit reply.
"We need to talk, meet me at our spot." As she hit send, warm tears silently rolled down her face onto her lap. Within seconds her phone chirped.
"Ok, see you in a few." swallowing the hysterical cry she wanted to let out, she stood and walked outside to her car, slamming the door behind her. As she pulled up to their spot that overlooked Rosewood, she saw Toby sitting on the rock they had sat on many times before.
Hearing Spencer pull up Toby looked at her, his crystal blue eyes lighting up, his face smiling. She fought the tears threatening to spill at the thought that this maybe the last time to she'll see his breathtaking smile.
She closed her car door and made her way over to him. As she got closer, he saw that she had been crying.
"Hey, what's wrong?" he asked as he pulled her into a comforting hug.
"It's my family," she mumbled into his chest.
"I thought everything calmed down?" Toby asked confused.
"It did, but my dad, he-" Spencer started getting cut off by Toby.
"He's mad at for the other night, right?" He said as he pulled away to look at Spencer.
"Toby, I love you so much, more then you'll probably ever know." She told him as the tears she fought back came flooding down her face.
"Hey, Spence, it's okay, Shh, don't cry. I love you too, you know that," Toby said with concern and love in his voice.
"I know, but I, I can't see you anymore Toby. I am so sorry," Spencer said now in hysterics.
"I, I understand," he said pulling away from her.
"Please, Toby, please don't hate me," she begged fresh tears coming to her eyes.
"Hate you? Spencer I could never hate you. I love you, you're the only person I've felt this way about," Toby said tears coming to his own eyes.
"I hope one day you can forgive me, Toby," she said as she started to walk back to her car. As she opened the door, she took one last look at her only love. One single tear fell from his beautiful face as he stood there with a pained expression.
She slammed her door shut and ran for him. He opened his arms as jumped into them, pulling his face to hers. With their lips centimeters away she brought her hand to the back of his head, connecting their lips. Toby held her in his arms as they kissed.
When they broke apart for air, Toby placed her back on her own feet but didn't let go. Spencer let their foreheads touch.
"I can't leave you, Toby. You're a part of me that I can't loose. I love you," Spencer said as tears of joy came to her eyes. Toby wiped away her tears with his thumb and looked her in the eyes.
"You are my life now, and I don't know what I would do I lost you. You are the most beautiful person I have ever met Spencer Hastings. I love you, and I don't want you to ever forget that," Toby said as he pulled her in for another kiss.
