Fairy Tale Love
It was a lovely little life to wish
but it was a shame the world couldn't just follow
fairy tales
Though if it could, she wondered
if that schoolgirl crush of hers
would ever have become real.
In that case, she could accept a little
of that harsh world, but still not all;
it had been too cruel
not only to him and her
but to others too…
But that cruel world
was what had made it all real
and though it was a lovely little wish
for a fairy tale, reality
was what they did.
