Valentine
Rating: PG-13Disclaimer: If I said I owned them, I lied.
Author's note: This is a one shot. Just a little humor on Valentines Day. The movie that they're watching in "Valentine," the horror flick that David Boreanaz did a few years ago. He played the character of Adam. Like I said, humor…
Buffy sat down on the couch, a bowl full of pop corn in her hands. She handed it to Angel, who held it as she covered them up with a blanket. He put his arm around her, so she put her head on his chest as their movie started.
"I still don't understand why you wanted to rent a horror movie on Valentines Day." Angel said. Buffy just smiled. "Don't get me wrong, I love Valentines Day. All the candy and flowers and love. But, at the same time, I spent so many years being lonely on Valentines Day, that I just feel like pulling some blood and suspense into the mix."
They watched with intent as the poor middle school student got the crap kicked out of him under the bleachers. When the other kids stole his pants and left him there, Buffy whimpered. "That's so mean," she said, her voice filled with sympathy.
A few more minuets into the movie, and the funeral scene came in. Buffy had a thing against funerals since her mother's passing. Grave yards: sure, just not funerals.
The main female character, Kate had spotted someone and was heading towards him. Buffy and Angel had missed this certain someone, for they had stolen a kiss. Suddenly, Buffy noticed Adam, the male lead.
"Oh my god!" She said, pushing herself out of Angel's embrace, and sitting up right on the couch. "What?" Angel asked, sitting up as well.
"What do you mean, 'what'?" She asked in disbelief. "That guy looks just like you!" Angel chuckled and shook his head. "What are you talking about?" He asked, pulling her back to him.
"That guy looks nothing like me."
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
