Merry Christmas! Revan and Carth are going to also have a Merry Christmas, and it echoes off of Carth's stupidity. I do not own these characters or the game, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, which I got the characters from! Enjoy and Merry Christmas!
"Oak, come here!" Carth Onasi called me into the garage of the Ebon Hawk. As I walked in, I saw him sitting on the floor with a bush in front of him.
"Carth, what is this?" I smiled as I sat down next to him. He turned around and picked up a book off the ground. When he handed it to me, I smiled. "Carth, reading again, aren't you! Gosh, I am so proud. I always wanted to see the day when Carth Onasi picked up a book!" I looked down at it.
Christmas for Dummies
"Carth, what kind of book is this?" I flipped through the pages.
"I found this book while we were on Dantooine. It's about this old holiday the original humans used to have on their first planet! I thought it would be fun to have our own little Christmas!" He smiled as he picked up a tin can and placed it on a string. He had about 200 of these cans strung together.
"Carth, what is that?" I picked up one of the cans. He laughed.
"That is for the outside of the ship! Decorations. According to this book, every Christmas has decorations!"
I held my hand to his forehead. "Are you feeling alright?"
He stood and brought his string of cans with him. "Yes, of chores. I'm going to go hang these on the ship. You can finish decorating the tree!" He gestured towards the bush on the ground and walked away.
"Carth that is a bush."
"I can't hear you! I'm walking down the ramp!"
I sighed as I heard the ramp close. Looking at the pile of junk on the ground next to the "tree", I saw one of Mission's pazaak cards. She and Zaalbar had gone to Kashyyyk so Zaalbar could keep an eye on things and to keep Czerka slavers away.
Juhani had gone back to Dantooine, where she believed she was needed, and Jolee, well, we don't like to talk about Jolee. (1)
I looked back at Carth's bush. "Most trees have a star or angel on top. Some trees even have puppies on top!" I laughed at the stupidity of the book. No wonder Carth liked it. Looking back at Mission's card, I placed it on top of the tree.
Outside the ship, Canderous had come back from the local droid shop with HK-47 and T3-M4. Carth was unaware of their return, until Canderous pulled the ladder Carth was standing on away. Carth tumbled to the ground, and, fortunately... I mean unfortunately, so did his cans.
I rushed outside the ship. Canderous and HK were laughing, T3 was scurrying towards the ship and Carth lay on the ground beneath his decorations.
"Nothing like a misfit Christmas to brighten up the galaxy." I smiled as I came over to Carth to help him up.

Merry Christmas to all, and to all, a good night! Or at least I think that's how the saying goes.
