Hey guys, here's a short Oneshot for you.
As always, I do NOT own FFVII

Cloud sat in the mess hall with his roommate eating more of that unidentifiable shit that the cafeteria staff called food. It was apparently a bolognese of some sort... but was the meat supposed to be blue?
"Cloud! Save me!"
Ever Cadet turned to the source of the commotion as Zack came pelting into the mess hall, jumping over a table and vaulting behind Cloud. The second class SOLDIER hid, rather unsuccessfully behind him. "Ummm... Zack?" Cloud peered over his shoulder and raised an eyebrow when Zack shushed him. A moment later the tall commanding figure of Sephiroth strode into the room, Masamune drawn and a fierce scowl on his face. He spotted Zack within seconds and stalked towards him. "He can't see me, he can't see me." Zack chanted, hiding his face in Clouds back.
"Ummm..." Cloud looked up at Sephiroth as he stood over them both. "I can see you Zachary." He said cooly. "No you can't."
"..."

Cloud covered his mouth with his hand to muffle the snigger that was trying to force its way through his lips.

"I can see-"

"No you can't!"

Sephiroth raised a disbelieving eyebrow as he stared down at the second class, ignoring the incredulous and shocked cadets all around them.

"Zachary Fair. You are coming with me right now and-"

"You can't make me!" Zack shrieked and bolted, screaming.

Sephiroth stood by Cloud as if at a loss then rolled is eyes. He lifted his phone and spoke into it. "Tseng? Yes, of course it is Sephiroth. Could you catch Fair for me?... I do not know. But he has done something by the way he is running, I have yet to figure out what it is he has done though... Thank you Tseng."

He hung up and slid his phone back into his pocket then sat down on the seat next to Cloud and stole his food, seemingly oblivious to the staring cadets.

"What do you call this?"

He asked Cloud, gesturing elegantly at the bolognese.

"Mystery meat."

"Hmm. It looks like behemoth."

Ty who was sitting on Clouds other side choked and spluttered on his lunch, many of the cadets started turning green. Sephiroth smirked evilly, "It is completely edible, a bit on the poisonous side but I am sure they would not feed you anything that could kill you or put you out of action for to long... maybe just a mild case of food poisoning."

Ty looked like he was about to vomit as the General poked at the blue tinged meat with a slender finger. "Actually... I remember eating something rather like this in the Wutai war. Rations were short and we had to eat the monsters that we killed. Only five died of it." He looked thoughtfully at the food for a minute then looked up as Tseng appeared with a very wild looking Zack. "It wasn't me, Sir, I swear."

"Of course not." Cloud muttered as Sephiroth stood and took hold of Zacks upper arm. "Thank you Tseng." He said as he left,

"Oh, and it seems that the cadets are being served behemoth."

"Lucky buggers."

*Sigh* I don't like how short this is.
