Author's Notes: Happy Revolutions everyone! Anyway, this is based on one, tiny, tiny part of the movie that has no effect on the plot. Enjoy!br Disclaimer: I do not own the Matrix, Reoloaded, or Revolutions. If I did..well things would be the same but I would be rich.

As they broke through the clouds, Trinity gasped. She, along with so many others, had dreamed of seeing the sun - of seeing light even - so many times. But it had always been the sun breaking through the clouds to shine on them, not them breaking through. And she had always imagined the sun to be shining down on a group of people, standing on a hill together in a group. Her being here, in this light, with only Neo made it seem so intensely personal and private, just for the two of them, as if they had sought this out together.

Then she remembered Neo couldn't see the light anymore, he was blind. But it was almost like seeing what Neo described seeing - light; light everywhere, all around you.

Trinity felt paler than she had ever felt before. As if all the dirt and blood she knew was smeared on her face was gone. As is something - someone - was looking past that. She felt pure somehow.

And the clouds.Trinity had never seen real, white clouds before. They looked like bleached cotton candy, like the light had purified them as well, while their undersides remained a thunderours blue and black.

Everything felt pure up here. Pure and clean.

And in that instant, the hovercraft stopped, and started to nosedive down through the clouds, into the machine city. But for a second, Noe had had light, and so had Trinity.
