Leah knows that when the night is over, Jacob will have to go back to Renesmee.
But she doesn't care.
As long as they have this one night, that's all that matters.
She just needs this one night to prove to herself that Jacob loves her, even if he's imprinted.
All she needs is Jacob to be hers for this one night, and then they can go back to their regular lives, with Jacob imprinted on Renesmee and Leah still alone.
Just for now, she is Jacob's, and Jacob is hers.
It will go too quickly, Leah knows that.
But she will make every moment last for a lifetime.
