This is Spuffy and Kraine! This story isn't going to be solely on the canon Sonic characters, but they might make a few cameos. x3 Mostly, its just OCs, and for our entertainment. Basically, we're writing this for us to enjoy writing! This is our first time writing as a team, so be nice or we will find you and hide in your closet. :D We're fine with Constructive Criticism, just please keep it nice. :D

Spuffy Writing
A young couple walked shakily down a dark ally. The place stank, and was littered with nearly unrecognizable refuge.
"I don't know about this shortcut…." The young robin looked around nervously, clutching her boyfriend's arm as if it were her lifeline.
""Let go, Terra. You're cutting off my bloodline. And stop worrying, already!" The hedgehog-hawk halfbreed comforted his girlfriend, despite the rather obvious fear in his eyes.
"Is this another dare? You know those people are trying to get you killed! Let's get out of here, already!"
A gunshot sounded and Terra screamed as her boyfriend fell. She stared with horrified eyes at the lifeless body before her. A low laugh sounded, and she looked up in fear.
A light blue hedgehog smirked darkly at her from above a gun barrel aimed straight at her face. The poor girl whimpered, hoping desperately she wasn't going to end up the same as her boyfriend. Terra stood slowly, hands raised above her head in the traditional sign of surrender. She started to back up, one foot behind the other. He lowered the gun slightly, his eyes coldly registering her. Knowing if he wanted to kill her he would have done so already, the robin turned and practically ran for safety. She screamed as a bullet hit her shoulder, but kept running determinably along.
The hedgehog let her go, planning on later scaring her half to death in the hospital. He lowered the gun completely, thinking of his new conquest. Loving the knowledge he had taken a life and practically ruined another.
"Ace," another hedgehog walked from the shadows, and addressed his leader. "There's more news."
Ace kicked away the body of the halfbreed. "Well, tell me already. No need to ask permission to speak. You newbies are all the same."
The black and green hedgehog looked rather taken aback, for he was, indeed, a newbie. Then he realized Ace was waiting, and glaring, and spoke.
"A Mobian fighting arena is nearby, we thought you would be interested." He looked nervously at the body, hoping he wouldn't become Ace's next victim.
"Fighting arena? I am interested. When?"
"In two days. It will take around half an hour to get there."
"Sounds good." Ace stared at the body of the halfbreed. "Gather the others. Tell them we're leaving tomorrow, and to bring transport." The hedgehog left, and Ace was left alone. He grinned, his dark blue eyes shining with malice.
"This is going to be fun…."
So that's chapter one readers! x3 We'll have chapter two up sometime next week. (As it's already written.) We already know what's going to happen in chapter three, so it won't take long to post! x3 We'll probably be alternating between writers for every chapter.
Just so you know, both of us can be bad when it comes to getting chapters written. ^^; But don't worry! We don't desert stories! x3 See ya next chapter!
