A/N: Hey everybody. I know it's been a long time. I decided to start this new story. I will be updating some of my other stories around next week or the week after so be on the lookout for those. Parings are currently undecided review and let me know which you prefer. First chapter is short, if you want me to continue they will get longer. As always R&R and of course enjoy. :D

Chapter One:
Kagome watched the Bone eaters well with longing. She was so close to home but yet so far away. She had finally convinced Inuyasha to allow her to go home for a few days to catch up on her school work. It seemed like fate had decided against her when Sesshomaru first showed up. It started to look up at first, that it until he spoke, a single word, a name that fueled everyone's search, Naraku.
Kagome glanced around at her companions, her heart hammered away in her chest as Inuyasha and Hakudoshi stayed locked in battle. Their blades clashed over and over without an end in sight. Kagome tore her eyes from the scene to take in Kanna who held her mirror in front of Sango and Miroku as they battled countless demons. Kouga was fighting his way through many demons heading for Kaugra intent on making her pay for the death of his comrades. Kagome glanced over at kagura who seemed to be hanging back with Naraku. She didn't seem to be a threat at the time.
Shippo's head moved back and forth as he watched the battle unfold from the safety of Kagome's arms. His eyes landed on Sesshomaru who appeared largely uninterested in the battle as he subtly blocked the view of the battle from Rin and Kohaku. A soul collector caught his attention and he grabbed Kagome's attention to point out Kikyo who moved silently through the trees her eyes locked on Inuyasha. Kagome studied Kikyo as she drew an arrow and aimed it at Hakudoshi.
"Absorb it Kagura." Naraku spoke drawing Kagome's attention from the battles in front of her.
Kagome's eyes widened as she watched Naraku hand Kagura a large portion of the Shikon jewel. Kagura narrowed her eyes but allowed the portion of the jewel to sink into her skin where her heart should have been. Kagome put Shippo down near her feet as she drew her own arrow and pointed it at kagura.
"Do it." Naraku ordered. That was when all hell broke loose.
Kagura's wind picked up, the strength fed by the Shikon jewel. The wind fashioned itself into tornados. The tornados ripped across the grassy field and cut through the group. The strength of the tornado caught Kagome and whipped her into the air. She closed her eyes hoping for a soft landing. A bright light flashed in front of her eyelids. She landed hard slicing the side of her arm on hard metal.
"Ouch." Kagome said opening her eyes to darkness.
"Miko, remove yourself from this Sesshomaru's person." Sesshomaru said.
"Oops, Sorry!" Kagome apologized jerking away quickly.
"Oww, Kagome that was my head." Sango said
"Sorry." Kagome whispered.
"Kagome! Is that you?" Her mother called.
"Mom?!" "Kagome called back blinking in the sudden brightness as the door to the well house was pulled open.
"Uh oh, this is bad, so bad." Kagome whispered glancing around herself.
The small well was now filled to capacity. She glanced around at each person, the dread getting thicker at the sight of each person. Kagome's eyes landed first on Inuyasha, then Kikyo, Kouga, Sango, Miroku, Shippo, Kirara, her eyes landed on Kohaku, then Rin and Sesshomaru, the feeling of dread increased more still when her eyes landed on Hakudoshi and Kanna.
