Alchemy is the theme for day twenty-four.

The pink-haired alchemist scurried through the woods, looking for ingredients for her next project. She then turned back to her companion, who was trailing behind her.

"Come on, Cory! Pick up the pace!"

"Rorona! I told you to stop calling me that!" exclaimed the blonde girl as she caught up with her friend.

"Why? It's so cute!" stated Rorona, also known by her real name Rorolina, with a smile. This only caused Cordelia to let out a groan.

"Whatever. What exactly are we looking for anyway?"

Rorona pulled out a book and showed Cordelia a picture of a flower. "We're looking for this."

"…Okay, but are you going to use it for?"

A grin appeared on the girl's face. "I'm planning on using it to make a special potion that will make anyone who drinks it have a lot of energy."

This earned her a narrowed look from Cordelia.

"What are you planning, Rorona?"

"Nothing!"

"Rorona…"

Rorona let out a groan, knowing she couldn't hide it anymore. "I was hoping to get Master to drink it and make her less lazy. Maybe if she had more energy she would teach me more."

Cordelia gave Rorona a blank look as she processed what she was told.

"Are you insane?! You know she would never drink anything you gave her!"

"Which is why I was going to slip it into her tea! Now let's continue searching for this flower!"

As Rorona continued her search, Cordelia let out a sigh and followed after. She would rather have gone back home, but she knew she couldn't leave Rorona on her own.

Besides, Rorona would need all of the morale support possible when her plan failed.

I need to get back into this series. I only played a little bit of the first game before getting distracted with something else.
