Prologue: Shirou Meets the Doctor

(Fuyuki)

Walking around the streets of Fuyuki City there is one person.

A boy with red hair who should have sixteen years.

The name of this person is Shirou Emiya, the only survivor of a great fire that happened in Fuyuki years ago.

Since then he has been living his life normally, but the truth is that Shirou wanted to become a Hero.

He had been inspired by his late adoptive father, Kiritsugu Emiya.

The good thing is that soon Shirou will become involved in an event know as the Holy Grail War, where he will become a much mature person and will be closer to his dream.

The bad thing is that there is still a week until the war, and many things can happen in such a time span…

…Or…

That could be a week to the world, but much more from Shirou's perspective.

Time is relative after all.

But for that to happen… there must still be an event and that event will change Shirou's life and will create repercussions in his future.

But in the end… is that really something bad?

So, right now the future of Shirou Emiya had been changed.

Only one word was needed.

"Run!" Is heard from behind Shirou.

When Shirou turns around his head to see the source of that voice, he sees a man wearing a Leather Jacket.

Shirou's only response at that could be just one.

"Huh?" Is Shirou's response.

Without a response from the mysterious man, Shirou is grabbed by his wrist and dragged by the man in leather jacket.

It's this moment who mark the change from Shirou Emiya, from a boy who wants to be a hero to something even greater than being a hero.

Being a Companion of the Doctor.

Hello everyone!

This is my first story ever (Sorry if the grammar is bad, but English is not my native language).

I always loved Doctor Who and Fate/Stay Night. So I put them together in this story.

Basically this happens after the Ninth Doctor dematerializes the TARDIS in 'Rose' it's had been confirmed that he had various adventures during that time, which were just seconds for Rose.

So, during that he meets Shirou and after this adventure Shirou will become his new companion.

And in the end, Shirou will return to his life, but by then he will be more mature, and the Doctor will come back to Rose, thus starting the Series 1 of Doctor Who.

Keep in mind that this Shirou living just a week before the Holy Grail War, and this will make his relation with the Ninth Doctor more interesting; since both of them have guilt over surviving (For Shirou is the Great Fire and for the Doctor is the Time War), and Shirou personality will develop different.

If I must say, the Ninth is the perfect Doctor for Shirou.

So, this is a very short prologue, but the real chapter will begin soon, so I want your opinions over this issue:

Which should be the Monster that should be the enemy in this story?

So far I think about these:

- The Tractators (Who appeared in Frontios)

- The Ice Warriors.

Keep in mind this is Shirou very first adventure with the Doctor.

So, any suggestion will be welcomed.
