A\N I was so happy when I found out Blue Bloods was added to list of TV Show's :D! I hope everybody likes this one-shot.

Disclaimber: I don't own Blue Bloods, CBS or CTV and I don't own the name Regan's Law (It was the working title for the whow until they decided on Blue Bloods) I'm just borrowing it.

Spoilers: Takes place afther the Pilot but there aren't any spoilers for it.

Reagan's Law

"Bye, I'll text you later." Sixteen year old Nicki Boyle kissed her boyfriend Matt as she watched him walk towards the football field for practice. Turning around she gasped horrified as she saw her Uncle leaning on his squad car a satisfied smirk plastered on his face. "Uncle Danny!" She rushed over to the car. "People are going to think I'm being arrested. What are you doing here?" She whined. "I take a bus."

"I'm not here for you." Danny looked at her. "DeMarcus's kid goes here were picking him up. Not that it's any of your businesses. He added. "Since when did you become your mother and who was that boy?"

"Oh yeah it just so happens." Nicki raised her eyebrow. "Admit it you were spying on me." She crossed her arms over her chest.

Danny chuckled "I have better things to do with my time.

"Andy said he-" Christopher King talked happily about his day until he saw Nicki. "You're-uh-dad what's she doing here?" He asked staring at his father Nicki Boyle was one of the most popular girls in the school.

"I don't know Christopher," DeMarcus King looked at his partner for an answer.

"This is my niece Nicki she's catching a ride with us as well." Danny explained as Christopher's eyes widned and his mouth hanged open in suprise.

"No I'm not." Nicki protested. "I'm waiting for Mattie to finish football practice.

"Oh no you're not." Danny shook his head as he gestured towards his cuffs and gun. "Don't make me arrest you."

"For what?' Nicki challenged.

"For back-talking to a detective, who just happens to me your Uncle." Danny informed her as he pushed her into the car.

"You can't do this!" Nicki told him as she quickly called her mother.

"Good you're going to need a lawyer." He smirked as he closed the door and hoped into the passenger seat. "I love this job.

DeMarcus shook his head and looked at his partner and friend, "Sometimes I wonder about you Reagan's." He started the car.

"I protect my own and my own niece is not dating a boy that I have not met and done a background check on." Danny responded.

"What about Uncle Jamie?" Nicki asked taking her cell phone off her ear.

"What about Jamie?" Danny asked.

"Mom said he's bringing Sydney to Sunday dinner."

"So? What's your point?

"Can I bring Matt to Sunay dinner?" Nicki backed her Uncle into a corner.

"No and your mother has more important things to worry about." Danny reached over the back of the seat and grabbed the phone out of his niece's hands placing it to his own ear.

"Reagan's law." DeMarcus smiled to himself.
