this goes along with my other story. i just wanted to try to do it in Rob's POV. i hope you like it and that it gives you a glimpse of what Robin is thinking.

Shadow of Young Justice Robin's POV

Chapter 1

Dr. Freeze was currently tormenting civilians at a park in Gotham City. Batman and I went to stop him. Batman threw a batarang at him and he turned around looking for the culprit. That's when I started doing my signature laugh. Freeze looked around nervously and that's when I struck. I jumped down and landed on his helmet before quickly flipping off and throwing two batarangs at him before smirking at him smugly.

"The Boy Wonder. The Bat sent you to drag me off to prison. Frankly, I'm underwhelmed." Freeze taunted me. I really didn't care what he said today. I am so excited to see the others, especially Shadow. I hadn't seen her in eleven months, sixteen days, and four hours, not that I was counting or anything, that would be creepy.

"Great, but I'm kinda in a hurry here." I said directing it at Batman but Freeze thought I was talking to him.

"Kids. Always in such a rush. I prefer to preserve these moments …forever." He said. Yeah I'm in a rush I want to see Shadow… and the others of course. Freeze then pointed his Freeze ray at me. I just rolled my eyes.

"Not talking to you." I told him. Comprehension dawned on his face as he turned around just in time to see Batman jump in the air and use his cape to blot out the sun. Then Batman sucker-punched him in the face and Freeze was out like a light. We left him for the police and quickly made our way to the Hall of Justice. We were soon joined by Green Arrow, Speedy, Aquaman, and Aqualad. Shadow still wasn't here.

Just as that thought crossed my mind a familiar tingle ran across the back of my neck. I smirked. Shadow was trying to sneak up on me again. I quickly turned around and caught her around the waist as she was jumping towards me. Then I promptly threw her over my shoulder. She seemed shocked but quickly regained her composure.

"NO!" she yelled dramatically, "I thought I finally got you! How on EARTH did you hear me? she asked. I just laughed. I always know when she's around. Then she started to kick her legs and hit my back not hard enough to hurt me but just enough to get my attention.

"Put me DOWN!" she cried. I thought about putting her down but I liked the feeling of her in my arms and I wanted to keep her there as long as possible.

"I told you it wouldn't work." Shadow's mentor Black Canary said. I decided that if I kept her thrown over my shoulder any longer then it would raise suspicion.

"Alright, calm down." I told her as I gently set her on her feet. Once I let her go I realized how much I missed her and immediately pulled her into a bear hug. I relished the feeling of her wrapped in my arms. I slowly pulled back and then took in her appearance. She had changed a little bit from the last time I saw her. She was about a head shorter than me; her dark blonde hair had grown since I saw her last. She also was wearing a new costume. The shirt she was wearing exposed her toned stomach and my eyes lingered on her milky white flesh for a second before I quickly looked away hoping she hadn't caught me subtly checking her out.

"Nice costume." I told her smirking. I watched as her cheeks turned a deep red. She totally likes me I though causing my smirk to grow. I watched as she greeted Speed and Aqualad. Then we lined up next to our mentors and stared at the Hall of Justice.

"Today's the day." Batman said to me.

We started toward the hall but were stopped when we saw a red blur quickly followed by a yellow blur. It was Flash and Kid Flash.

"AWW MAN, I knew we'd be the last ones here."
