Takes place during Shippuden
Naruto was hopping from roof to roof to the Hokage buiding "I wonder what Granny Tsunade wants with me?" He enters the Hokage's office where he sees Konohamaru, Akamaru, Kiba, Jiraya, and Hinata.
"Granny Tsunade, what do you want it is almost lunch, Dattebayo!" said Naruto. "I have a very important mission," said Tsunade " You'll be testing out a new medicine that deals with neural pathway and DNA alterat…" "What ever, let's drink up." Naruto and the others drank the potion. Nothing Happened! "Well that was a waste of time, lets go for lunch." Said Naruto who grabbed Konohamaru and hopped out of the room with the others following him. They happened to land in training ground into Training Ground 21.
Training Ground 21 was Desolate. It was use for training against Earth Ninjutsu and was hardly used. Then everybody was frozen in place. "Shikamaru come out, stop annoying us." Screamed Naruto. Hinata was thinking that it could not be Shikamaru, he is too lazy and would think it useless to deal with us. Then everybody was in pain. Naruto was next o Konohamaru when he felt like he was getting shorter he tried to move but the pain was unbearable. He screamed out to the others "Everyone don't move it hurts even more!" although he did not recognize his voice. It sounded younger; like he was 13 again then he looked over at the others.
He first looked at Kiba and Akamaru. Kiba's hair started turning white and covering his body, his face protruded and he fell down because his bones were reshaping. A large lump was forming at his butt. Then he looked at Akamaru who started losing hair everywhere but his head and started turning brown. The Inuzuka clan markings were on his cheeks, his face started to smush up and his bones reshaped to where Akamaru had to stand up he looked exactly like Kiba except he is naked. Then he looked back at Kiba who was now Akamaru with his clothing tightly around him.
Then he looked at Hinata and Jiraya. Jiraya started to shrink, his body started to take a more feminine shape. His chest expanded and his clothes became baggy. He lost his hair and was replaced by purple locks then he lost the pupils in his eyes. He was now a she. While that was happening Hinata's skin became flabby while her hair became long and white. Her feminine body became more muscular and masculine. She became a he and looked exactly like Jiraya except in tight Hyuuga outfit.
Naruto then looked up at Konohamaru whose eyes had just turned the color blue, his hair went from a brown to yellow and gained whiskers on his cheeks and looked exactly like him. Naruto then ran to a puddle. In the water he didn't see his face he saw Konohamaru's instead!
Naruto then screamed in his new puberic voice, "Why am I Konohamaru?" He looked at the others. "Kiba" said "Why… am… I… Kiba?" "Yay I can talk now!" and "Kiba"(Akamaru) started dancing while "Akamaru" (Kiba) let out a big howl. "Hinata" (Jiraya), being the pervert he is started opening up the top of his shirt when all of a sudden "Jiraya" (Hinata) came from behind and put him in a master lock. She said without a stutter "Don't do anything to my body without my permission!" "Kono" said to "Naruto" (the real Kono) to gather everyone and head back to Tsunade's place. But first they got changed.
Akamaru struggling with the clothes got help from "Naruto" (Kono) while a tied up "Hinata" got dressed by "Jiraya" and vise-versa. Then they headed back to Tsunade. She was very interested when Hinata was the one bursting through the locked door. Then a very drunk Tsunade said, "Whysh did youu disturbe mee duringth myy sakeee breack, comesh back whensh imth sobear!"
